There are women I think working there, you can clearly see two, but not at the same space with men. Women and men are not comfortable touching each other in India, and you can see the tight spaces they have to work to get to close to the frame, so I'm guessing working is separate. I don't speak French, so I don't understood what the women in the video said, correct me if I'm mistaken.
