Few things to add: -retiring heros gives the gear back, don't need to unequip. - titan souls boost up hero's to a more level stat spread, so even t1 heros will be comprobable to the new tier after souls. -argons finest can help massively in getting *good* heroes to start with. Ah these are good tips thanks for that. I am aware of the Argons Finest talent too but decided it would be a waste once I have the heroes I want anyway but it is a good tip.

Get rid of the low tier heroes first, the higher tiers are always more powerful overall so don’t keep the thiefs
