You always try to find the positives or to find ways to lessen the negatives. It was definitely a disappointing day for you and your family but as always, a great video to show us all the updates. Fingers crossed that you get to go on everything on your next visit!
It was lovely to be back there, and the park really does look fantastic! But the operations were on the poor side today, I’m not factoring in weather conditions as I know they can’t be helped, but they were very slow getting trains out on colossus, and then with it breaking down twice in half an hour for technical issues. It was a shame but still was great to get back to the park, hopefully Tuesday is better!

probably the worst day i've had at thorpe. I'm a RAP user and I was unable to get any ride access at all because I was unaware that you had to now "pre book" ride access. I only saw the email after I queued 25 mins for guest services, and the email was not clear at all. It looked like it was a renewal email. I'm assuming many other had the same problem as a saw a literal wheelchair user get turned down on the spot with no other option simply because other people beat him to pre booking. If anything this promotes even more people that don't need rap to use rap. In the end I only went on 2 coasters and 1 flat ride out of the 8 hours I was there. It was horrific

Sadly not the best start, however the park itself looks incredible, and these teething issues are always to be expected on opening day.
