Former aide to U.S. Rep Cuellar pleas guilty, helps investigation

A top former aide to the U.S. Rep Cuellar, including 2 other parties, have pleaded guilty in conspiring bribes totaling $200,000 for the congressman. All parties will be assisting in the federal investigation against Cuellar.
