88k is not a lot ???? Yes it is and a lot of us who also work hard don’t get close to that. I’m a certified interpreter and I also work as a full time caregiver on the weekends, I am college educated and work over 90 hours a week and I don’t even get paid 80k a year. I agree with the value they are placing on the duty of motherhood or parenting in general - however let’s be reasonable, it’s a job yes but it’s also a moral responsibility that you have. You decide to have children and you shouldn’t expect handouts so the pay for that will be less due to the lack of higher education needed and expertise, caring is the most important part I agree but how do you quantify that in a job market as a standard? Mothers and fathers are priceless but that’s also the thing, you should not expect to be paid to rear your own children.

Nope. Nikki tells John because she wants him to get jealous and hopefully come back to her. She loved him and she wanted to marry him and have kids. She left him because he wasn’t going to give her that. Unfortunately she thinks that if he hears about the guys and dates she’s going on that he will “realize” that she’s the one for him. Obviously this is an old episode so we know now that they were both better off. Nikki found her love and so did John. Case closed.
He actually said yes to kids i honestly think she fell in love with Artem on DWTS and it made her realize that there was more options than John. But she was used to a lifestyle as he gave her everything she had to settle a lot after leaving John
