You forget important details: Wades a city inspector and he was there with his superior gale, who he called beforehand most likely informing her about hus plan getting an official ok to be there.

I think Wade chose not to pluck any of the flowers, because it probably would have gotten Ember under more suspicion from her parents. What if they spotted it somehow in the restaurant? Why would she suddenly have the one flower from the one place they were banned from going to? Also, while it was very risky, I think he wanted to give her the full experience of the place, since she was never able to have that in her childhood.
Not to mention he was trying to impress her and 'get closer' if you know what I mean.

Well, Ember never leaves her home. She even says as much in the beginning with Clod, saying it would take a miracle from God to get her out of there. And do you see any flowers at all in her home? Or any plant life? Not really. It’s pretty much a concrete jungle, and Burny taking her to see the vivisteria was likely one of the few times Ember ever left home. So it might not be rare per se, but definitely not implausible for Ember to believe she no longer had a chance to see a vivisteria flower.

@@PrimalPower Not really. Just because it can survive anywhere, doesn't necessarily mean that it's reproductive cycle is especially rapid, or sizable.
Maybe they only reproduce very infrequently. Maybe they only reproduce in extremely low numbers. Maybe their reproductive method itself just rarely succeeds, so there are almost never any seeds to sprout anywhere. Maybe the seed remains dormant for a ridiculous amount of time to ensure it covers as much ground away from the parent plant as possible.
There are tons of entirely legitimate possible reasons why it's hardy enough to survive anywhere, but doesn't seem to actually "take over" in every biome.

I loved the bubble date with Wade and Ember, it shows the trust she has in Wade and also shows that Wade understood Ember at a level she didn't know she needed which is why she reacted so excited after Wade got her to safety. A deeply powerful scene that bonded them and led to them taking the risk to try touching hands. A truly magical scene, really touched my heart. 🥰🫶

I mean, they calculated for more air. It was only that dangerous because both of them got careless and Ember's head poked a hole into the top of the bubble. They wouldn't have had to rush like that if they'd paid more attention.

I can relive the antipathy of the cloud people towards the fire people.
I myself are pissed off cuz of all those "fire people" ( also known as smokers in my world ) for making me breath in all that shit they smoke. And I can smell it even being 10m apart, or while driving by with my bicycle. I have severe asthma and see smokers as egoists.

If a flower is taken out of it's natural habitat, it will die (even if it's put into a pot with nice soil after); So if Wade took out the flower and gave it to Ember, it would simply die shortly after. (after 1 day to be more specifical)

1. That's.... pretty far fetched.....
2. Quite possible but then again we don't see any hints on that. Like, everyone saw Ember being able to make glass as a special talent. That wouldn't have been the case if there was a lot of fire people in the glassmaking industry.
3. Ember didn't want the flower plicked. She was amazed by its ability to grow in every environment so she - of course - wanted to see it growing. Also, it was kinda symbolic for her to finally enter a place, she had been refused to enter earlier. That's why Wade brought her down there.
The flower wouldn’t be attached to a root so it would eventually die regardless of the fact that it can grow in any condition.

Honestly the 3rd one was something i thought about a few days ago but in a different way i feel like after Wade and Ember started officially dating he would pick some vivasteria flowers for her from time to time since she can't have a regular flower .

Given that there's plenty of water that weren't Water People, plenty of air the weren't Cloud People and plenty of earth that weren't Earth People, it reasonable to believe that there was plenty of fire that weren't Fire People. I think that they could have refined the materials to build Element City without enslaving any of Ember's People.
Just because it can grow in any environment, doesn't mean it don't need roots to grow like every other flower
