I love that the lyrics start off just asking if you want to be remembered, but they slowly get more demanding, going so far as asking if you want to be "divine". Paired with the outro saying "I don't know what you're looking for" when clearly the singer does just gives the song this sinister Faustian bargin feeling especially when paired with Ozymandias a song pretty transparently about a forgotten ruler.
The sheer number of times I've come back to this song convinced me to go buy Red Vox albums. Keep that music in your heart flowing, Vox, it's making the world a little easier to live in.

The Tame Impala inspiration is showing strong on this album, but it's so uniquely different. Really loved every single, this is shaping up to be the best album yet. You guys are a massive inspiration, thanks for everything.

Ascension commences 1:34 Seriously though, I think that one repeating phrase encapsulates the tone of the entire album. So good, just a handful of notes evoking such a strong atmosphere and emotion.
