Thanks a lot.. Lamb chops are a little gamey, but the way i cooked them in this recipe, they weren't gamey at all... you will love it!!
Barry Webb lamb chops are one of the least gamey parts of lamb. I also find California lamb less gamey than New Zealand lamb
