Put the location of each resturant with the timestamp in the description. It would make it so much easier to explore those dishs and restaurants more. Think you’ll find it’s cornstarch slurry which is corn flour mixed with water and is used to thicken the soup. Sorry I didn’t know what flavour the soup is but cornstarch slurry is used to thicken most Far Eastern sauces so any soup etc. tends to be made in this way. Hope that helps.
