I reckon the game had a bit of a hiccup there and tried to start several voice lines in quick succession. It stopped the earlier lines so they weren't playing over each other.
You can see that someone really is controlling Roxy and the others, both because of the position she is in and the way she moves her head, that it looks like she wants to look away but the afton/vanny turns her head again.
When I was watching 8 bit Ryans gameplay he heard Roxy crying and died by accident to her because he forget to go into Freddy. So the second time he went into freddy and went out into Roxy's room. Roxy says "Freddy get out of my room!" And Freddy replied: "okay I'm going."
The funny thing is: these ones aren't possessed at all. Heck, they might he some of the only characters in the series that aren't, and yet they're the only ones to show genuine emotion. I personally think it's just a super advanced AI possibly, but its funny that the only ones in the game without human souls are also the only ones to show emotion lol

I used to think the glamrock animatronics looked too living and clean to be as scary as the first game's gross, fuzzy and bulky designs. But the concept they would have these distinct personalities is pretty damn eerie. But in a more: "that machine is actually sentient" scary

This is a realistic reaction, since everyone playing the game unconsciously made her more and more self-conscious. Lets-players and fans asking “where is Foxy?” and things like that would obviously make Roxy less and less sure of herself as time goes on. The only way to make herself feel better would be to catch Gregory, which, in Roxy’s mind, would make her “the best.” And to that I respond, shame on you.

Foxy is classic pirate theme, Glamrocks and pirate is a bad mix. 2. He play accordion, a musical instrument that not fit glamrock theme. 3. Foxy most of the time have his own spot and not on the main stage like pirate cove/pirate adventure ride for classic foxy and kid cove for mangle.
As someone with a NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), I feel her pain and struggle. You know you are a bad person, but you can't change how your brain functions, and even worse, this disorder is heavily demonized.

All the animatronics are actually pretty tragic characters. Roxy obviously has tons of self esteem issues, has to constantly hype herself up because otherwise all she can do is hate herself, also since she’s just a “knockoff” Foxy and not an original character she probably feels like people won’t like her because she’s just an imitation. Monty has a huge inferiority complex towards Freddy and wants to replace him as the biggest star of the PizzaPlex, but ultimately everyone likes Freddy more so that frustration manifests as severe anger management issues. To that you can add the fact that the show had to be cancelled when Freddy malfunctioned, so he saw firsthand how he cannot carry the show the way Freddy can. Finally Chica has an eating disorder likely born from anxiety, this is only speculation but it might be because she and Freddy are the only ones left of the “original team” after both Foxy and Bonnie got decommissioned. We know from one of Freddy’s dialogue that he misses Bonnie a lot so he doesn’t visit his ice cream parlor anymore and if he’s feeling bad about it then it is likely that Chica feels even worse.
Imagine if it turned out Roxanne once found someone's cellphone and decided to pocket it. Taking it back to her room she uses it to look up the internet only to find critics bombing her online for being a lame Foxy knockoff, while simultaneously trashing the company for carelessly replacing him with this chick. Roxanne would take it personally and develop a massive amount of insecurity issues and in and out begin hating herself because of what she is.
Her other line says if she see's Freddy: "F-Freddy! Get out of my room!" I like to assume she's referring to Freddy as if she was distracted, and tells him "Oh its nothing." and says to him don't get distracted.
You see her talking to herself in the mirror in the beginning, and that was all I needed to immediately nail that Roxanne suffers from _very_ low self-esteem.

Her outwards arrogance is a way for her to try and put on a facade to make the world view her as amazing so maybe she can feel amazing, but it never works and every little obstacle will break them down mentally. It is a really sad state of mind, but you can get help and become better.
Is it just me, but I think there should be an ending where Gregory somehow finds a way to fix the animatronics hostile behavior. The reason why is that freddy says that "they wouldn't harm a guest, it goes against their programing" and that it seems that these sentient robots are suffering in the process, shown by how roxy acts before and especially after you mangle her.
It would be interesting if whatever programming causes them to hunt down intruders also caused their personality flaws to enhance to unhealthy levels. Similar to Doki Doki Literature, but as a side effect rather than intentionally

This game reintroduced a form of horror I hadn't thought on since Neir:Automata, the concept of human like AIs. The thought of creating a machine capable of experiencing human emotion on this level is frightening. And it's used for animatronics! What happens if they go insane from the constant monotony of life?
I wish there was a way to converse with the other animatronics. Like say while being inside Freddy, it would have been cool if Freddy could talk to them and have their perspective on whats going on. Maybe a different ending where ALL of them are freed.
Would be interesting if there was a daytime mode, seeing what a normal day would look like without all the corruption. Such as starting not in Freddy's belly, but entering the place in the afternoon

I hope for a dlc that we can actually save them by luring them into parts and service and use the mod to reboot them, where they can help you unlock areas only they have access. Out of all the bots, Roxy got the worst of what happened and deserves a chance to be saved.
We definitely need a way to save her. Besides freddy she seems to be the only animatronic which is capable of having emotions and is sentiment. She would also fit a friendly role pretty well with her character. She could be so much more than what she currently is. 🙁

I feel kinda bad for Roxanne. As she acts narcissistic and tuff yet actually sounds kinda sad behind the scenes and believes she’s a loser, so acts narcissistic, which I’m kinda surprised about as you think she would be a fan favourite so I wonder what makes her do this. It’s like she’s kinda aware that vanny is controlling her yet can’t do anything about it, as she still tries to chase you but behind the scenes she calls herself a loser for being controlled by someone. Which makes it kinda worse when you consider the fact she got ran over and crushed and left blind forever

That makes me wonder how Glamrock Freddy is not controlled? You would think after Glamrock Freddy encountered an error during the show and sent to repair Vanessa would take advantage of that.

I used to think the glamrock animatronics looked too living and clean to be as scary as the first game's gross, fuzzy and bulky designs.
But the concept they would have these distinct personalities is pretty damn eerie.
But in a more: "that machine is actually sentient" scary
Like they are genuinely people that feel and that's insane, makes me feel bad for how they're treated

This is a realistic reaction, since everyone playing the game unconsciously made her more and more self-conscious. Lets-players and fans asking “where is Foxy?” and things like that would obviously make Roxy less and less sure of herself as time goes on. The only way to make herself feel better would be to catch Gregory, which, in Roxy’s mind, would make her “the best.” And to that I respond, shame on you.

Foxy is not in the band in this version because many reason
1. Foxy is classic pirate theme, Glamrocks and pirate is a bad mix.
2. He play accordion, a musical instrument that not fit glamrock theme.
3. Foxy most of the time have his own spot and not on the main stage like pirate cove/pirate adventure ride for classic foxy and kid cove for mangle.
As someone with a NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), I feel her pain and struggle. You know you are a bad person, but you can't change how your brain functions, and even worse, this disorder is heavily demonized.

All the animatronics are actually pretty tragic characters.
Roxy obviously has tons of self esteem issues, has to constantly hype herself up because otherwise all she can do is hate herself, also since she’s just a “knockoff” Foxy and not an original character she probably feels like people won’t like her because she’s just an imitation.
Monty has a huge inferiority complex towards Freddy and wants to replace him as the biggest star of the PizzaPlex, but ultimately everyone likes Freddy more so that frustration manifests as severe anger management issues. To that you can add the fact that the show had to be cancelled when Freddy malfunctioned, so he saw firsthand how he cannot carry the show the way Freddy can.
Finally Chica has an eating disorder likely born from anxiety, this is only speculation but it might be because she and Freddy are the only ones left of the “original team” after both Foxy and Bonnie got decommissioned. We know from one of Freddy’s dialogue that he misses Bonnie a lot so he doesn’t visit his ice cream parlor anymore and if he’s feeling bad about it then it is likely that Chica feels even worse.

Imagine if it turned out Roxanne once found someone's cellphone and decided to pocket it. Taking it back to her room she uses it to look up the internet only to find critics bombing her online for being a lame Foxy knockoff, while simultaneously trashing the company for carelessly replacing him with this chick. Roxanne would take it personally and develop a massive amount of insecurity issues and in and out begin hating herself because of what she is.

You see her talking to herself in the mirror in the beginning, and that was all I needed to immediately nail that Roxanne suffers from _very_ low self-esteem.

Her outwards arrogance is a way for her to try and put on a facade to make the world view her as amazing so maybe she can feel amazing, but it never works and every little obstacle will break them down mentally. Is it just me, but I think there should be an ending where Gregory somehow finds a way to fix the animatronics hostile behavior. The reason why is that freddy says that "they wouldn't harm a guest, it goes against their programing" and that it seems that these sentient robots are suffering in the process, shown by how roxy acts before and especially after you mangle her.
that would have honestly be the best good ending. I really hope they gave us a way to save them all in the future.

This game reintroduced a form of horror I hadn't thought on since Neir:Automata, the concept of human like AIs.
The thought of creating a machine capable of experiencing human emotion on this level is frightening. And it's used for animatronics! What happens if they go insane from the constant monotony of life?

I hope for a dlc that we can actually save them by luring them into parts and service and use the mod to reboot them, where they can help you unlock areas only they have access. Out of all the bots, Roxy got the worst of what happened and deserves a chance to be saved.
We definitely need a way to save her. Besides freddy she seems to be the only animatronic which is capable of having emotions and is sentiment. She would also fit a friendly role pretty well with her character. She could be so much more than what she currently is. 🙁
