Hi there, love your content. Just wanted to ask as someone obsessed with Frankie shop, did you notice a difference in the quality between your white Eva and the taupe? I bought the Carrington, in black and green, and the Eva, in Khaki, last season and got the black in this seasons drop, I noticed the cotton is totally different, its a lighter weight cotton, that's not as soft... Just wondering if there is a difference in fabric between your two Evas? Thanks
I’ve never noticed it before, but I just checked and I do think they are different fabrics. They both say 100% Cotton, which isn’t very telling, but my taupe Eva feels lighter weight and not as soft
I’d say they run true to size for most things. Although a lot of their styles are meant to be oversized. For jeans I would size up, those are the only thing I’ve ordered that I’ve found to be a little too “small” when ordering a smalp
I stopped by the NYC boutique a week ago and was actually kind of disappointed with some of the quality of their items. I tried on the big boxy blazer felt like my thrifted men’s one was better fit and quality. I was interested in the trousers and some shorts did you size up?
I agree with that, I’ve ordered a few of their suit-like pieces, blazers and pants and I also didn’t like the quality and I returned them. I usually get things true to size, except sometimes I have noticed that I should have sized up. It depends on the brand. The Frankie shop branded stuff usually runs true to size
