In order to avoid the bags rubbing against my turn signals i took a threaded rod to make sure there's a certain and fix distance inbetween, that's Point nr 1, point nr 2 is that for some reason the first time i rode with them on my MT07, somehow the right one must have been in contact with the exhaust and nearly burned through the fabric... The seller said i was the first one with this kind of problem but i hardly believed him
hey man love the bags! but im looking at the backside of my mt07 rear pegs, and see no bolt holes where you mounted new luggage bracket.... how did you go about mounting them ?? im confused
I have these bags on my mt 07 2021for about 1 year now and works great. But it hits the back signal light and one side is coming apart. Was wondering, if you have that problem. Thinking of changing to a tail tidy but not sure which one.
I did have that problem, it touched but I don't remember them rubbing against the turn signals too bad. I had a Yoshimura fender eliminator that was nice build quality
Hi can you carry these bags fairly easy into your place of work from the bike? Im thinking of getting something like this but would need to carry the bags and the stuff inside into my work place.
Oh yeah super easy. I carried this into work as well. To take off and remove is just the 2 clips, but it was still super stable at speed. They weren't the cheapest option but definitely worth it.
Do you know if you have problems with the bags sliding a little bit back on the passenger seat? I just got them and i wondered how far back the bags are on the seat ^^"
I haven't had a problem with them sliding around at all. I adjusted the straps (the ones that clip in behind the passenger pegs) pretty snugly. Even at 80-90mph I haven't noticed them move around any.
I never tried, but I believe it would work. The passenger pegs are still accessible with the bags on, so the tie down points for a tail bag are still free. It might depend on what type of tail bag you have?
Thia shit is crazy, i got myseld one of these and without laying my hands on to "improve" them in order for them to work properly, they are absolute trash, better just throw your money out of the window or give it to someone who really needs it
The video I was looking for before buying these. Thanks.

Hey man, thanks for the video. One question, can it be used with passenger?
Great Video. Can you please link where you bought these from.

The Bracket for the Bag Supports uses the same mounting points as the rear passenger footpegs, it get sandwiched between the fame & foot peg mounts

Hi, according to the website of Yamaha this bags don’t fit on the 2021 model. Did you have problems installing this?
Hey !! Nice work , do you know if this bars are also for the fz 09 2017 ?
I don't know for sure. I went through the Yamaha website so I knew it would fit my bike. But it looks like they have some for the FZ09 as well
Thanks so much !!
So, there are unsecured female end connectors permanently attached to the bike flapping around when the bags aren't connected?
There are female connections affixed to the bike that hardly "flap around" lol

Are you able to fit your tailbag on when the saddlebags are installed?

code3kc I have the same tail bag as the one in your video.
hey mate can you fit a helmet in there by any chance? they look like they expand quite a bit
I'm afraid not. Even though the sides expand, the opening for the bags is not even close to big enough to fit a helmet in
