Hi from Nanaimo BC. I haven’t quite made the leap to WFPB but your videos are certainly helping me get my mindset closer. I like the variation in your videos especially the Q&A, cookbook reviews, and really enjoyed the Disneyworld video. Your videos are informative but what keeps me watching is your humour and seeing a fun family. Your kids are so great for trying so many different things and I appreciate their honesty.
. . . great vid & very helpful...one piece of wisdom to add, that I'm trying to instill in my husb, is that too many folks let others sway their own moods, not knowing that they absolutely cannot change others until they are ready to change any negative, toxic behaviors- but, if they realized & accepted that the only thing they CAN change is their own reaction to others' ... that, once they learn to switch their mindset to choose to NOT give others the power over them, their life can be so, so much happier & healthier... IMHO . . . sorry if somewhat unclear... 🥰
I like this mailbag thing! And you have such a pleasant, relaxed way of talking about food and nutrition. I really appreciate this! At the beginning of my WFBP transition, I found it difficult to listen to my body and satisfy its needs.
I love your dogs ❤ I’ve got 4 and two of them are from shelter - half amstaff Gracja (Grace), she’s 15,5 years old now, she had 3 months when I adopted her ❤ and half pitbull Astra, she’s about 2 years now ❤ they’re both black and white like Velma and two small girls, Kiwi and Lily ❤ Thank you for rescuing dogs!
You have inspired me to try using aquafaba in more ways, and I will be revisiting your past videos for details- whipped aquafaba, as coating in granola, etc.
This was a interesting and entertaining video Jeremy and it would be good to do this at least once per month. Love 🥰 the video and love ❤ Jeremy & family.
I like your Q&A videos because chances are if someone thought of a question, others have the same question. I wondered about the pronunciation of the word "pasta" too. I thought it was the Canadian way of pronouncing it. I think either way you do Q&A's will be good, but I like the idea of 1 Q&A in each video. Whatever works for you!
I do much the same as you and brush my teeth once I have eaten, it definitely stops me from snacking too. Love the mailbag once a month that would be great. Might be an idea for you to add some aquafaba info into your new cookbook as that would be good especially for newbies. You usually throw the odd bit of advice in your cooking videos too which is good, so please keep doing that too. Oh and my pronunciation of pasta is pass sta, but I would never have even noticed. We all have different accents so I just go with the flow. Thanks again for a great video.
I like the once a month mail bag but my suggestion for you would be to keep a list of what questions you answered in each video so when you get repeat questions, you can just respond with the video link that way you won’t be doing multiple videos with the same questions and the same answers

Thank you, and thank you for rescuing Rufus and Velma! ❤
I agree once per month mailbag videos would be great. Thank you for all you do.
Q&A every 2 to 4 weeks would be great!!
I really like this mailbags style video. Lots of great information. Thank you
This makes for a fun, informative video - maybe once a month would be good

I like the mailbag idea too. I love the variety of different videos you do.
Yes, do a mailbag episode when questions pile up!
I like the series of questions answered in a single video.

I love the mailbag video, please make it a routine segment, thank Jeremy. Laurie from Massachusetts

I like the idea of this type of video. For example, I would like to know more about intermittent fasting and how it affected you. Keep ‘hem coming.

Hi from Nikki in Sunshine coast Australia
Wouldn't an air fryer give pretty much the crispy you would need
