elijahproto spamming snipe... stun is far more useful, tried it im drill mission, made immortals and archons, that could destroy tanks, killed easy. Also mind bomb thing... kinda useful but stun is best thing to do.
to be honest i used the ghosts/spectres once and never again so. yeah. its kind of how WOL works with LOTV its spam dark templars and then you just rush through everything
elijahproto i dont get one thing, why is noone ever using avengers! Is doing infinite damage not better than doing pretty rare but high damage(cause of shadow fury coolddown)? On many maps in hard moments it is like "avengers cant run there in less than 60 secs so they can attack for ever"
Definitely my favorite unit in SC 2, not just because Psionic Lash is useful as hell, but because the lore on these psycho psychics is amusing. Like the fact they collect dolls/stuffed animals. They're wacky and dangerously wicked.
If they used as intended and use there power they can help wipe out army's Stuns can be used offensively and defensively: to defend send stun, enemy army can't move your army wipes them with not much casualties to attack same way

At least Raynor has Spectres in his disposal in the mission “Essence of Eternity”. Canonically, when Raynor chooses Tosh over Nova, he wanted to free his Spectre buddies imprisoned by the Dominion in “Breakout”.
If you don't understand why he says " Above the law " , " on Deadly Ground " , " Marked for Death " and " Hard to kill " in that series of lines - Its a Reference to some of Steven Seagal's older Movies.
They're an epic variation of Ghosts. I just don't really like how bulky they all are (probably because they just recycled Tosh's model's body); they don't feel stealthy enough.
When doing WoL, it's like picking between Solid Snake and Sam Fisher when you have to choose between Spectres (what I did) and Ghosts. Funny enough, the Ghost is voiced by Liam O'Brien, who I got confused with David Hayter at one point. lol
I think there should have been a choice when you build the ''covert ops'' you select either Ghost or Specter. Kind of like a research tech but only takes a few seconds to achieve but it is also permanent however so the player would have to choose carefully depending on their playstyle.
