Very pretty, light, marbled effect after your change. I am finding it refreshing that many of the pour artists are beginning to incorporate other art forms using fabrics. various forms of textures, etc. I felt "stuck" and bored in my own pouring journey. I returned to my first live of working with textures and other forms of abstract. For ME I was drawn back to more "intentional" work. GREAT piece...get brave again...

beautiful result. One thing I dislike is the wasted paint. I'd love to see you drain it onto other canvases and stuff. lol You could call it a trigger.
Becca thank you. The paint is never waisted. The drippings are scraped up. Then put in a plastic container. Then strained and reused as aa flow extender or base coat. I talk about this often. 😊

That's perfect Cathleen! It looks like stone next to folds....I love folds! I'm telling you, you and I are on the same wave link. I've been looking at the fabric texture art for months now. I just couldn't think of how to incorporate it into pouring. Then you come up with the answer! It's perfect with those light and airy colors. Lovely textured feel to it. In portrait mode it puts me in mind of peeling tree bark. In landscape mode with the fabric at the bottom it's an abstract landscape with a lot of depth. Those clouds! I prefer the latter despite using patterns in natural textures for my own inspiration.

Thanks for doing this. I’ve seen some beautiful all white fabric pieces, but thought about what they would look like with paint. Keeping an eye on this technique. Love he way fluid art is growing and exploring various variations. This a beautiful re-do with more harmony and lots of movement to contrast with the linear fabric. 💓💓💓
