Kim Taehyung's voice makes me want to cry, it's like I have been holding onto something that I can now finally let go of. I don't know how to explain but his voice has that effect on me. It's so beautiful and calming.
I was abused and sexually assaulted since I was 7 years old. It finally stopped a year ago. After I was rescued, I use to have nightmares every night. But after listening to this I was finally able to sleep for the first time in awhile. I was able to wake up, seeing the orange and pink hues of the sunrise with tears of joy falling from my eyes. I didn’t realize I was crying until I felt a few drops fall onto my palm. I listen to this song every night to help me sleep and I hear it every morning when I wake up. I was crying tears of joy because I was finally able to sleep peacefully at night for the first time in a long time. BTS have been with me some time during the abuse, and listening to them gave me hope that I would get through the pain I was feeling. They gave me light during the darkest of days. They even helped me when my mother was dying. They are my only source of happiness and if I didn’t have them... I’m afraid the pain would never stop. I’m so thankful to them. I love them. I just realised that this song is about the smeraldo flower. Actually, smeraldo is Italian and it translates to "the truth I couldn't tell" just like this song. And the story is, there was a boy who was called ugly by everyone in the city so he wore a mask to cover his "ugly" appearance and lived all alone in solitude just planning flowers in his garden as a hobby and it made him find peace in everything. But one day, a girl came and stole flowers from his garden and the boy got so angry but didn't say anything. But after a few days, the boy just found waiting everyday to for the girl to steal his flower without showing himself because he couldn't show his "ugly" appearance. But one day, he found out that the girl was poor and was selling his flowers to make a living. So with this knowledge he tried to make a new kind of flower that doesn't exist so the girl could make more money. He tried and tried multiple times till he finally made a beautiful blue flower (Smeraldo) so that the girl can steal it. But he waited for so long and the girl never came back. He kept on wondering why she wasn't coming. After a few months of waiting, he found out that the girl died without even meeting him or knowing him because of his foolish mask and insecurity. He couldn't help but wonder what would happen if he didn't hide. Maybe it would've been different. Moral of the story: LOVE YOURSELF

I was abused and sexually assaulted since I was 7 years old. It finally stopped a year ago. After I was rescued, I use to have nightmares every night. But after listening to this I was finally able to sleep for the first time in awhile. I was able to wake up, seeing the orange and pink hues of the sunrise with tears of joy falling from my eyes. I didn’t realize I was crying until I felt a few drops fall onto my palm. I listen to this song every night to help me sleep and I hear it every morning when I wake up. I was crying tears of joy because I was finally able to sleep peacefully at night for the first time in a long time. BTS have been with me some time during the abuse, and listening to them gave me hope that I would get through the pain I was feeling. They gave me light during the darkest of days. They even helped me when my mother was dying. They are my only source of happiness and if I didn’t have them... I’m afraid the pain would never stop.

one day the woman stopped visiting his garden. the man became confused, so he put his mask on, and left his garden to find her. he discovered that she had passed away. the man was heartbroken, and was so angry at himself that he didn't confess his love for her before it was too late

I just realised that this song is about the smeraldo flower. Actually, smeraldo is Italian and it translates to "the truth I couldn't tell" just like this song. And the story is, there was a boy who was called ugly by everyone in the city so he wore a mask to cover his "ugly" appearance and lived all alone in solitude just planning flowers in his garden as a hobby and it made him find peace in everything. But one day, a girl came and stole flowers from his garden and the boy got so angry but didn't say anything. But after a few days, the boy just found waiting everyday to for the girl to steal his flower without showing himself because he couldn't show his "ugly" appearance. But one day, he found out that the girl was poor and was selling his flowers to make a living. So with this knowledge he tried to make a new kind of flower that doesn't exist so the girl could make more money. He tried and tried multiple times till he finally made a beautiful blue flower (Smeraldo) so that the girl can steal it. But he waited for so long and the girl never came back. He kept on wondering why she wasn't coming. After a few months of waiting, he found out that the girl died without even meeting him or knowing him because of his foolish mask and insecurity. He couldn't help but wonder what would happen if he didn't hide. Maybe it would've been different.

takes place in a small town in Italy The story's about an 'ugly' man who hid in an old castle alone. because of his looks he received lots of hate & cruelty while growing up. He never opened his heart to anyone. Whenever they tried to approach him, he hid in anger. His happiness was to plant flowers in his garden.
One day a woman appeared near the man's castle. She jumped over the garden fence and stole a flower. This angered the man at first. So he watched his garden all night. But when he fell a sleep, the woman took another flower. This continued for several nights. The man pretended to be asleep and watched the woman steal a flower. He started becoming curious about the woman. He began waiting for her. without realizing he kept waiting for her to come and the next day seemed a little brighter.
Following after her one day he realized that she was selling the flowers that she stole from him to make a living. The man desperately wanted to help the woman. But he was afraid she would be terrified by the way he looks. He knew she would not love his 'grotesque' appearance. He came to a conclusion that the only way he would be able to help her is to let her continue stealing flowers from his garden. The man decided to make a flower that doesn't exist on the planet. So that the woman could sell them at a expensive price. He began to make the flower in his castle.
After many unsuccessful attempts, the man made a flower that didn't exist and filled his garden. But the woman stopped coming. No matter how long he waited she never came to his garden. He eventually found out that the woman had died.
