The four buildings on the sites are/were the theatre itself, the shopping acrade and the commercial/residential block, and the adjacent residential building Skyroom Terrace. The latter three structures have been demolished. The theatre itself is still undergoing refurbishment. No idea whether there will be a new theatre there.

清拆後的皇都戲院？皇都拆了？
@@sammmmmmmmy 皇都戲院建築群可分為三部分：戲院本身、商場和住宅樓宇。商場和住宅樓宇已拆卸以改建其他建築物；戲院保留下來，進行活化工程。我看三部分的工程仍在進行。
