Josh blows my mind. That is a lot of tanks to remember, gallons, plans, fish, and able to remember all that without a script. Not afraid to put in the work. I know you don't know me, but I'm proud of you brother! Stay fishy
I remember being here for the indoor pond, the addition, the outdoor pond.. AND NOW, the new tanks!!! I feel like this is a huge mark in the history of OFR. Thank you Josh for letting me take a small part by enjoying these great videos!
So when will the 2 big fish tanks be set up ? Now the new sump is done 🤔 wish I had that kinda space building a mancave this summer tho for a bigger tank 🤔
Now that you know that Hockey pucks work for the tanks, why not use them for lifting all your tanks rather than blocks? It would make moving the tanks around easier also.
Majority of tanks yes. In the 265s case it's a wood stand supported on all edges so you need all points to contact. Might switch to steel stand on that
Until the comment at the end about avoiding hybridization I was wondering why you mixed albino with non-albino rays. Glad to see everything is coming along!
@@ohio-fish-rescuemost albino BD are still hybrids. Mostly BD genes bred back but still a hybrid unless the rays line can actually be traced back to the wild. Like Duketown Monsters has a Sao Felix BD line of albino from a wild caught ray. I have 4 albino BD and all hybrids even though the tail is close to pure BD on some
@andyaquatics true which is why you'll here me call my albino bd female a hybrid. My albino male is bd. Paid significantly more for him knowing I'd breed with my other males ....... majority of ray lines are "muddy" as i call it nowadays Just like the old school high grade bds with blue eyes and underbelly spotting. You don't see them around much with all the hybridization. I've got some nice ones tho ready to breed and pregnant

Although they are albino they are still black diamonds... male albino can mate with other bds having chance to produce albino offspring

Have you been able to find the acrylic sheets for the new tanks yet?
They are using the glass from the old tanks
@@bigtime4794Josh posted on FB looking for acrylic sheets. The windows from the 3000 will only be enough for 1 tank.
