Thank you so much for making this video! I was diagnosed yesterday and was having a really hard time with it. You talked about pretty much everything that I was upset about that I was overthinking about all day and I feel a lot better now. :)

Thank you so much. I got my diagnosis 4weeks ago and I started my medication. A week ago I was feeling like acceptance is not an option because it's making me weak. I can relate to everything that you've said about loaing myself and disappointing my parents. Thank you again for making this video ♡

I'm adhd bipolar and high potential. Sometimes I'm scared to telling to people and talk about my mental disorder because of their reaction. Now I don't really care. I am how I am. We are NOT crazy just because we have mental illness. This difference make us strong.❤

"Crazy" describes someone that is mad. "Mad" describes someone that is mentally ill and/or insane. We are, by definition, crazy. The issue is that people assume that we're are just crazy, and nothing more. Despite our mental illness, we're still people, and deserve to be treated as such

@@joelgriffin8222 exactly that's what I meant. It's exhausting to constantly need to prove to the others. Tbh it was hard for me because of the way they treated me or looking at me like I'm a freak or a dangerous person.

@@nisrinezt9599 I completely understand. That's what makes so hard to open up at times. It's kind of good for seeking out bad people though. If they judge people purely because they have a mental illness, they're usually not good people. BTW, I hope you're managing well. We've got this! 🙌❤️

Drugs & alcohol by far are the best escape with the same outcome as medication....DAMAGE. Its entirely tough handling trauma with no nothing at all. I mean...what do you do when you are going through grieving & addressing trauma?
