I started watching you guys yesterday and I watched for so long I saw your sub count go up to 90k! I am now completely smitten with your entire family, you guys remind me of my cousin on my mom’s side (the Trini side). She and her husband run their family almost exactly like you guys do God first in everything homeschooling and family before anyone. My father’s side of the family is from Jamaica and I love the culture of it unfortunately I never really got to spend much time with his side and even when I did my grandma didn’t allow them to speak Patois so I don’t understand very much of it but what I do recognize from you guys makes me feel connected to you all and to my own roots! I pray you all stay under God’s grace and your family prospers.

I love the way you and your hubby parent I just found you guys not to long ago and you showing the girls how to put on a head scarf and letting them choose which foods they fancy and letting them decide if they wanted to participate in the process and respecting their decision you are a very wonderful mommy every child needs parents like you two. Mama Ella, not too bad for a beginner's attempt! ☺👍 I had to teach myself when I was teenager because my mom was away working alot and dad could only oil my scalp. I'm pretty good now...but nothing like a mother's touch. ♥

i love how loving & caring you guys are to each other, it’s amazing!! also i’ve learned adding smaller sections of hair into a cornrow/french braid, it helps it stay in longer n also helps it to stay more defined. ❤️

I think I like Twisted Sister results...seems very moisturized! 👏🏾 Adorable head wraps! I agree the silk/satin is great for the hair, but it can be slippery, and slide right off the head. I would like to see the head tie with a bow! Thank you in advance Ella. 🙏🏾

In the beginning when Rue was making that "Raspberry" noise had me sitting here giggling the whole time. The girls are so darned cute with their headscarves. Good job Ella. I love that you say you are going to plait their hair instead of braiding it. I have not heard anyone use that word since I was a child because that is what my mother called them too, so that is all I knew. I loved when she did that to my hair.
