Here ya go. Knock yourself out. Nakazawa sensei's classes usually only had 3 or 4 students when I trained under him at the Yokosuka naval base. Most Americans can't take constantly hitting the floor with their bodies. 😂 I loved the feeling of weightless ness flying upside down through the air. This no gi guy is laughable. BJJ here and in Japan is on different levels.
