Is there nothing more beautiful than process explained purely visually through example. Amazing, thank you.

what a beautiful concept, of space as a place so peaceful and surmountable for humanity to prosper, I thought it was interesting when the napkin and the piece of sashimi were tossed aside, everything else was so orderly so the action stood out to me I suppose trash would float away in space. I just love this contemplation.

It's like if Wes Anderson made a film based on a 7 year old's description of our world, everything is basically as we know it but not quite.

    One thing to share:
9:30 in the last step Gray stick the scoop vertical to the ground
When they did it in Japan, it's meant to wash the whole scoop, so it would be more reasonable to full it with water before you do it.

I liked everything. especially the samurai hat :). The only thing I feel wasn't good was the shot when the guest was drinking the water and you could see all the cameras. Was this intentional? Knowing Sachs' work everything is intentional to the detail so found this interesting.

You should not step on the black rim of tatami mats according to the manner of tea.
Edge means a harsh boundary line that distinguishes guests from the Lord by hospitality.
