To think we lived in a world where the term "shut up" was considered too vulgar...
+Stephon Zeno We've come a long way.
Alpha Jay Show Yeah, a long, furthur way downwards in our overly offended, P.C culture. Speaking of which, I had a feeling that "Shush up" line sounded a little off, but I didn't know it was dubbed over. I think a video about asinine censorship in cartoons would be a pretty interesting video.
Stephon Zeno Shush up! The RUclips heroes are gonna hear you
Looks like you need morning rescue
+ like my dad he says the shows I watch it also says bad words because his friend says to
god the voice acting in angry beavers is great
What's funnier is Dag's shut up line was a mention to the fact the show often used "hush up" as "shut up" was considered too harsh.
Very interesting. Were you a big fan of 90s Nick?
I wasn't able to catch much of the 90s nick due to not having cable and only occasionally going to a friends house that happened to have cable. even then we were distracted by playing with toys. the most 90s nick I was able to get was a few tapes of rugrats and the movie on VHS. plus a tape of a few select spongebob episodes.
I know about the hush up line because of an interview rob paulson had with Richard horvitz and Richard had told a few interesting facts and tidbits about the roles he voiced and what went on around that time.
I will suggest Nreboot but don't say anything to Viacon or Nick themselves or this site will end the same as last time. nreboot.com
You can watch free cartoons on kisscartoon, I do it all of the time, and you don't even have to sign up to watch any. XD.
Guadie7 yeah that s great
Listening to the Angry Beavers is better than watching the full version of Teen Titans Go. And I've never even seen Angry Beavers
You should watch Angry Beavers, it's pretty good
@@Sasu123456789x1 Yeah! And Angry Beavers is funny. Man, I miss that show.
It's funny, well written, well voiced, and well drawn. Everything has such a goofy, overblown but also realistic design to it. It overflows with passion and fun. The sound and music are perfectly fit. Very peppy and upbeat with lots of horn sections with a sort of cabana-vibe, like every day's a party even though the main characters are heels to each other and almost always in conflict. I haven't seen it in many many years but I remember growing up with it and my parents loving it as much as me. Lots of that top tier, lowkey adult humor that I'd love to reappreciate on return viewings.
Lordy, the TTG writers can NOT grasp the concept of why their show get criticized. It's not about if it's action or comedy, it's not about if it gets wards or something, people just want it to be GOOD.
All the writers do in response is just attack strawman arguments.
+DynoStretch It's so frustrating.
OH no no no no, my dear DynoStretch, they DO know. The thing is THEY DON'T CARE
@@b3rz3rk3r9 you imply they ever did
They think that everyone who criticizea their show, has iq of -1
Despite that that's about 99 iq points higher then you need to like this crap
DynoStretch you can make a comedic version of a serious show and have it be good just look at RWBY Chibi but TTG is not funny that’s why it’s bad
The people at CN are always giving a giant middle finger to the OG Teen Titans fans
12:25 hearing the voice actor for Zim snorting is the best thing I've ever heard
SmolToxin Zim? You mean Daggett?
+Jordan Phillips Same VA
SmolToxin i know Daggett and Zim have the same voice. They sound exactly the same.
He also voice Billy from the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy
I love how the Angry Beavers is the show whose owners actually protect it with copyright strikes.
+Autobot Starscream Amazing.
I think the moral for Angry Beavers is perfectly summed up from a youtuber.
"Don't be sad that it's over. Be happy that it happened." - Diamond Bolt
Frozar Burst That's a Doctor Seuss quote that was in the video.
@@crispiecord I respect Dr. Seuss more than DiamondBolt. I didn't like DiamondBolt's The Problem With Modern Cartoons video. It just seemed like he was saying that if a cartoon doesn't tell an overarching story and just tries to make its viewers laugh, that automatically makes it terrible.
Norb: "We... are a cartoon"
Dag: "WAH"
I miss the Angry Beavers 😂
I remember when *the teen titans show before ttg* (the anime-like one) did a *fourth wall* as the finale of their *playstation 2 game* .
The game was average until that point. It was so well written and ties the entire game up nicely that playing it again gave a whole new perspective.
Psycho Doodle Damn when did they have a PlayStation 2 game?
Redawesome10 the even badder badass
Just around the season raven released trigon, around 4 I'd say.
But reviewers called it a flop, to be honest the humor and script were better than anything. If you can find a rom or copy; it's well worth the try, especially for the twist ending.
Or the multiplayer beat-up arena :D
I remember that video game! I seriously never saw that 4th wall break coming
Way later I know, but the game wasn't just for PS2. I had it for the Gamecube. It cemented my opinion games based on shows tend to be mediocre but I loved the ending. The player being the overall villain.
10:40 Even without knowing their VA names, this was a pretty great joke on Angry Beavers.
+Zero The Bloodedge Hah. Yeah.
Thank you for commenting. :D
Angry Beavers was amazing. Clever AND silly so children and adults can love it, lovely animation and music...
I miss the Nick peeps of old. All the new cartoons I can stand to watch are Gravity Falls and Gumball. And GF is over...So...QQ
+Kerkelinker Gumball is outstanding.
Alpha Jay Show Indeed. I love it oh so much. Sadly GF ended so there's only 1 on-going cartoon I can really personally enjoy.
Angry Beavers was one of my favorite shows.
Try Regular Show. It's as close o th classics as we get nowadays.
What about star, Steven and Rick and Morty?
I love norb's way of talking
me too, it's fabulous
me too
I like to *B O O G A Y*
14:25 Outdated Production Quality?
Sure, but Tom and Jerry has more EFFORT in its animation.
+BlazeHeartPanther Blaze Yeah, I agree.
Ah yes, a show of cartoon mouse, and cartoon cat, with tone of slapstick, which is around 70-80 years old (give or take),
Is more loved, clever, and smarter than TTG.
Okay but Srsly I love Tom and Jerry :)
Networks had a rule that episodes of a cartoon could not refer to the series as ending, nor give the show's plot a conclusion. That's the biggest reason this episode couldn't air.
This is why so many action shows in the 80s and 90s just kinda meander for a few seasons, then vanish without the main villain being defeated. In fact it was _special_ that Lion-O beat Mumm-ra, that Mighty Max got to end (albeit with some time shenanigans at the end to fake out the executives so they wouldn't cancel the show just for writing that episode), and the way many anime actually concluded arcs seemed like a breath of fresh air back then.
+Nathan Karr Yeah I read about that, specifically with the Angry Beavers.
Thank you for the input. ^^
Considering that Mighty Max actually had a really deep storyline going on, one has to wonder how another season would've gone.
i have seen the "the fourth wall" episode of teen titans go it feels like they say "fuck you" to us in a way at the end
+That gamer It's not a very good episode, at least to me.
i don't know any good episodes of teen titans go
+That gamer To be honest, there is a few.
i have not seen any
It could have been a good episode because Control Freak basically addressed everything people generally said and didn't just grossly strawman the claims as the GO-Titans replied with, but instead of at least trying to parody what they thought fans wanted (which they did very insultingly in the "serious" episode, they instead change their dynamics to fit something unrelated to what was even shown in Control Freak's clips. Everything in-universe using him was very well put in context to his character and as the audience surrogate, yet the Titans whom were implied to be the ones trying to justify their way of perceiving things only proved Control Freak said right.
i never saw the fourth wall, however this approach is pretty scummy, but angry beavers was a great show and this finale was hysterical
The latter is a very good episode and should have been animated and released.
+Alpha Jay Show i 100% agree
What if Teen Titans Go had an overarching story at the end of the series! The plot would involve time travel, making sense of all the inconsistencies between episode with some sort of unknown villain screwing with the timeline. It would be the first attempt to try something dramatic. It would be perfect for the end of the series!
Wishful thinking, but that would be awesome!
+Defender of Color Splash I would love that!
What I really love is that I’m pretty sure the guys in the Angry Beavers did quite a bit of one takes. You can hear laughter in their voices. They’re having fun making jokes.
When TTG first came out, I didn't hate it. I thought it was okay. However, I really started to hate this show after CN started claiming that this was everyone's new favorite show.
They are kind of right though. This show is very popular among kids. It's colorful, goofy, and has super heroes in it . They don't need a lot of effort.
(crap look at how long Johnny Test lasted, and that cartoon is way worse than this one)
To be fair, I don't think the show is that bad either, but it has handled its criticisms so badly, but since most of its audience didn't see the original it doesn't matter. And kids don't look up such criticisms either.
I didn't dislike TTG when it came out either, but I think it has this sense of arrogance with putting out not-so-good episodes, in my opinion.
don't remind me of the johnny test show the theme was gawd awful to listen to non stop had to drown it out with k-pop
that angry beavers finally episode totally aired. When it came out i remember being completely disappointed. It was one of my favorite shows, i didn't like the finally it really wasn't like the rest of the shows. I remember watching it because Nickelodeon said they had a new episode and they had been playing rerunns for awhile so i was really excited. Extremely disappointing me when i watched it. The audio clip where dag opened up the mail and found oatmeal samples and the cancelation notice brought back a flood of memories from that episode.
+annekagrif No one can seem to find it.
Yeah i only saw it air once on Nickelodeon, I lived in Washington state at the time it aired. My father remembers watching it with me. we use to watch the show together. He thought the episode was really funny. I was like 8 or 9 when it came out so i was just upset one of my favorite shows was going off the air plus the episode was a bit all over the place dag and norbert throughout the episode just had dialog not much in scene changes or action. Not much slapstick either. Which i sort of liked angry beavers for in the first place. the animation in the episode consisted of them getting the mail. the cancelation notice looked like a past due bill with a red stamp that said cancelled i believe but it was in a stack of mail which came with blue packets of instant outmeal. dag was holding the mail and took the bag of oatmeal set it down and the cancellation notice was on top which norbert proceeds to acknowledge. As for that it wasn't much in scene changes. i remember the backgrounds weren't as cool as most of the episodes it was really basic. and i remeber the part where the beavers turn sideways and were lines on the screen. again i only saw it once. I remember bits of it maybe if i listened to all the audio i could recall more deatils.
I think that this show feeds on the hate
+Kawaii Channel It could...and Cartoon Network's backing.
They bring up the fact that the poor animators are on a cruel and strict budget and schedule, but ignore the fact that almost all of the criticism has nothing to do with the animation.
Not only that, but in a dialogue heavy comedy, animation should be not as big of an issue as something like Action/Adventure shows (If it was slapstick, then animation is one of the MOST important), the focus is the writing. I look at South Park and the Sonic Boom Cartoon and the animation is poor, but what makes them enjoyable is the writing. Get passed the cheap look of them and you're left with incredibly and relatable humor.
I'm of the mindset that in Media (I mean Games and Books as well), there's no such thing as a bad idea, only bad executions.
I saw the teasers to Teen Titans Go and thought it looked harmless and the cutesy look was fine to me. Seeing the show now? I don't care that it hasn't won any awards, I'm just disgusted that a dream job such as making a cartoon is treated like it doesn't matter.
Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Avatar the Last Airbender, these are shows that make me want to be an animator that can leave an impact (Industry Changing or just a good laugh). TTG insults me because it takes that idea of what it means to be a writer and mocks you for thinking it's worth putting effort into simple entertainment.
My apologies to anyone who read this mouthfull.
+Donnel Waddle Dee Nah man. That was a good read. I can agree with a lot of points you made.
Donnel Waddle Dee sorry if it sounds like I’m being rude, but I personally don’t get why people constantly push the idea of “watch regular show and adventure time, they are amazing shows” I don’t know why people just don’t seem to get the hint that not everyone likes those kinds of shows. I didn’t like those shows as a kid. And I still don’t want to watch them because they sound boring. Now, I know on your account I might be missing out on a good show with a lot of depth, and heart, but personally I can’t seem to find interest in those shows and I don’t know why so many people like them. Maybe one day I will watch those shows and find myself liking them, but for now I’m just not interested
@@lainiebug2173 I know I'm years late but you can't get mad at someone recommending something to you, and deliberately choosing not to watch it, but still get shocked and suprised when others like it as well. They praise and recommend it so often because its GOOD to them at least. It seems like you're setting yourself to get mad for no reason when if you just don't wanna watch it, don't. It's just a recommendation, not a personal attack on you for choosing not to watch it.
@@samitrahill5723 I do think the comment I wrote was a bit overdone and dramatic, but I wasn’t angry at this person or anyone who likes the shows recommending them.
You know it's bad when you want the villain to win just because he said he would reboot this god awful show if it doesn't get better.
+Endershock1678 Having the antagonist in the right can somewhat destroy an episode if done wrong.
But I have seen it done right before. And it can turn out great
You know, there's this series of videos I've seen, they were made in GoAnimate and involve a caricature of the maker of the videos battling characters from shows he hates, primarily preschool shows, video game style. Since they were made by an amateur, I don't expect them to be masterpieces, but even then, they're painful to watch. See, almost every one of those videos starts with the characters the protagonist fights that episode trying to be friendly with him, followed by him insulting them just because he doesn't like whatever show they're from. It makes him look like an unlikable jerk and not someone I want to root for. I say this because it's an example of the antagonist being in the right, and it wasn't done intentionally.
You might not hate this show but I do. I didn't start out hating it but the creators act like spoiled children. And then cartoon network has to pump this show up at the expense of others.
I understand your point. Many people may not like the show.
It seems like the creators were trying to be like the South Park Creators in how they respond to things except failed to prove they were anywhere remotely as intelligent. They basically proved that they're really no better than Seth McFaurline in their interviews.
I figured they would say after the "being watch on tvs across the world!" I figured one of them would remind him by saying, "If that's the case, aren't you forgetting phones and tablets?" And freak would reply with, "Dang it! Who edited the script? Ugh! Start over."
I really wonder why CN keeps TTG on the air.....they are a bad look for them and have been very unprofessional. I mean do CN excs actually watch these critic addressing episodes? Do they even know they exist?
Actually, although part of the blame is on Cartoon Network, they acquired the rights to air TTG from Warner Brothers.
Alpha Jay Show I know, but there should be someone looking at these episodes. These types of episodes would get any other show canceled.
Maurice Fleshman
I guess money is a large factor into the entire situation. Also, I guess with this episode there isn't an excuse.
For example, one can make a (very thin and not likely) argument that in Return of Slade, the higher argument was the conflict surrounding Starfire and the clown and the deeper argument was that "cartoon is for kids".
In this, there is no higher argument, it's blended together.
Alpha Jay Show wow....they can't be that dumb.
Beacuse TTG has a lot views. Not because it's good, but because it's basically one of the only things Cartoon Network airs. And this is just a rumor, but TTG might get cancelled soon.
I dunno if anyone else has thought about this one episode before, but I remember an episode from TTG where Beastboy has gotten everyone investing bees and wasps instead of regular money. It was..... it was TTG for sure. Dumb, nothing new there, but I wondered to myself as to what made them think of bees of all things to use for money. It was a really bizarre idea... Then something came to me...
"Give me five bees for a quarter, you'd say..."
Did.... did anyone else make this same connection before? I'm sure at least some people did... I mean, would it really be hard to believe that TTG came up with an episode straight from a Simpson's joke? Straight from Grandpa Simpson's ramblings at that?
Teen Titans Go is basically what a cartoon made by Chris Chan would look like.
Can't wait for the titans to take on the evil 4cent 500 corporation
true but Chris knows he's being stupid and it works for him imo
+Chandler Williams but it doesn't know when to be stupid
Which episode do you think handled breaking the fourth wall better?
Gumball's "The Signal"
the simpsons behind the laughter
Steven Universe "Say Uncle"
Ed, Edd N Eddy "One+One=Ed"
Hmm......I would say Chowder.
teen titans go is pretty bad, but I hear workers have fun working on it,so I dont think its bad that its on.
+TheInsaneWaluigi That's pretty positive. Thanks for commenting ^^
Well, the creators of The Nutshack and Drawn Together: The Movie enjoyed their work. But that still doesn't excuse the fact that they're both hot garbage. It's kinda sad when people enjoy making trash.
@@halfdemonprince They didn't enjoy making TRASH they enjoyed doing what they love, animating and voice acting
The beaver VAs sound like they are having fun with it.
Who's ready for the 100k view special? :D
I am.
Yes Steven universe
I AM Kappa
Phantom PEKKA Hey, Pekka/Kappa!
Nimble Bubble Lel.
I love how I never seen angry beavers and most of the few second clips I've seen by this video made me laugh more then teen titans go ever did
Man, just watching the brief clips of this TTG episode is SAD.
I really used to like episodes in the beginning. I was excited for the series at first, given that I LOVED TT as a kid. I can honestly say, there are a number of episodes I like, mostly from the first season, and others from 2 to probably 4. But really, it just got to be too much for me, along with it's constant airings overshadowing other shows I like. They had something for me in the beginning, but then just.....got so bad to watch. It gives me apprehension for reboots and is why I refuse to take in reboots of my favorite childhood shows like Ben 10 or The PPGs.
Here's a show to compare ttg to, its another chibi comedy spin-off of a anime based american show. RWBY Chibi is a spin-off of RWBY a only web series by rooster teeth. in my opinion it does what teen titan go tries to do but does it right, also to make the episodes more funny they split them into skits i highly recommend it.
i'm from Argentina, and i SWEAR i've seen that angry beavers episode (dubbed in spanish obviously), in nickelodeon. i'm 100% sure of it.
+Skairu Studios It's probably possible.
It must have been another episode because only the audio recording of the episode exist and the episode never got to the animating phase of production after nickelodeon listened to the recordings.
Man Angry Beavers along with catdog was some of my
Fave cartoons when I was a kid
TTG is so immature that's why I hated it along with the new creators not caring for it makes it even WORSE for a cartoon. :/
+Toxic Phantom I heard its ending next year. I can't confirm, but rumors are floating around.
Alpha Jay Show
I hope it does. In general Nickelodeon & CN is loosing ideas for original cartoons. :/
Fuck it is still going and with 60-90% of the time
Those two beavers remind me of hoops and yoyo. Anybody remember them? The cat and bunny of banter?
I know you aren't taking requests anymore, but I'd love to see you do a Versus video comparing Powerpuff Girls 2016's "Once Upon a Townsville" and Wander Over Yonder's "The Hero."
Possibly. I will be taking requests soon and for organization's sake, I would much rather every comment about it be on the video about taking requests. (It comes out around a week)
turning something Like Teen Titans into a comedy spinoff is a good/great idea if executed properly.Like take RWBY Chibi for example,Its a spinoff comedy series and its selfaware but they do everything that Teen Titans Go! Can't even do.The comedy is legitimately funny and isn't stupid, the characters aren't ruined and instead are extremely likable, its self awareness isn't trying to insult the audience and actually tries to be funny. In other words making a spinoff isn't a bad idea (Like RWBY Chibi ended up being a great Series) as long as things are done properly.
Also Check out RWBY Chibi its one of the best Spin off's of an amazing series I have ever seen.
+Ant Ramos I'm glad you can agree and I'll check it out.
Thank you for commenting.
Thx maybe you can review it some day
have you checked it out yet.what did you think about it?
I agree, I think Monty would be proud of where this all got since his death.
I think The Angry Beavers handled it much better. Later on the titans try to do what we want them to do! Actually fight! So, they won't change their ways yet later on they do? What does that say? Means something maybe isn't going well in the ratings world for them. Remembering that fourth wall episode made me want to get up and punch the titans.
Thank you for commenting. Also, to add, I personally feel like Teen Titans Go was very confused with their message.
3:57 There's something so amusing about Cyborg screaming "CREEPS" and nothing else. He's like a fucking child.
Cartoons went from being made by enthusiasts and average schlubs to post-art college trustfund daddies.
+5002 SEVEN That's a pretty strong accusation.
I'm pretty strong, I can lift 250.
This might just be me, but are the titans more...rounded because they think everyone rides the Steven Universe and Adventure Time coaster, so they mock it by basically putting the characters in that scene on a high fat diet to mock the art styles of both?
Ok I gotta admit that when the titans realized they were in a show they look at the fourth wall in the room
I hate how Starfire says the in every sentence! She was more smarter than this!
+Grainne Quinn It's very annoying
Grainne or Grace Quinn *THE more smarter than that
Just some nitpicking here: These two episodes seem similar but when you think about it they're working on two different topics. The angry Beaver's was about them having to deal with being canceled. While Teen Titans GO! are dealing with criticism and they can't understand why.
Teen Titans GO! may have hinted at being canceled but unless it really is being canceled I wouldn't count it.
But I do agree that the Angry Beavers, without a doubt, handled it much more maturely then Teen Titans GO! did.
+CompletelyNewguy Versus isn't about similar episodes. It's about similar topics.
Alpha Jay Show ah, okay then.
Damn a 1k sub special? Crazy to think how far he's come
I'm sooooo pumped for it and well done .
Glad to see you back. I'll try not to disappoint?
I 'v been watching your stuff I was too busy to
comment anything Best of luck to you.
I've never watched angry beavers, but this kinda makes me want to.
I never knew you could make Control Freak a hero
I loved angry beaver but i always thought the lighter one was the dumb one
The only episodes I don't like from Teen Titans GO is when Cyborg and Beast Boy went back in time and ruined the future for their friends and the world because they didn't want responsibility. I thought Cyborg and Beast Boy were complete DICKHEADS for what they did. Plus Cartoon Network made a mistake, Beast Boy ate a PEPPERONI pizza when he's supposed to be a vegetarian. the second is when Cyborg and Beast boy grew big bellies and started swallowing foods whole without chewing, then the forced Robin Starfire and Raven to do the same by stealing foods from them and made them starve. TTG is not appropriate for kids, they're basically telling kids to swallow without chewing. They'd choke themselves to death doing that.
+ZparityTheMajestic Oh I believe they go much worse than that.
but jay... how MORE bad do they get
Verses:
Knowledge(TTG) vs Patrick SmartPants(Spongebob)
To Love a Patty(Spongebob) vs Burrito(We Bare Bears)

Black Friday(TTG) vs Black Friday trilogy(South Park)
Waffles(TTG) vs The Big Cheese(Dexter's Lab)

It looks like that pelican is the one reviewing Teen Titans Go.
Angry beavers & the weekend were probably my two favourite shows to watch as a kid!
Bye bye beavers reminds me of that episode of futurama after they got brought back from cancellation
Wow! Honestly, you should be rolling with the big boys, here's to hoping!
+CraigTuckerish Maybe one day.
Alpha Jay Show I will not rest until that day comes
In hindsight, comparing Fourth Wall to the season finale of BTBATB Mitefall will generate the same result but will be more seemless seeing how both shows are more comedic take on DC characters.
+BigK13372 Not sure what BTBATB is.
Alpha Jay Show Batman The Brave and The Bold.
A DC show staring Batman where he teams up with other DC heroes (usually the more obscure ones) in the style of Silver Age comic. I figure the series finale of that show serves as a better counterthesis to Teen Titans Go given how both shows are comedic take on DC heroes with a tone that fans of the original don't like.
Only difference is: BTBATB doesn't try to insult its audience and actually showcase a lot of care for the characters they portray on screen in spite of its intentionally campy nature.
i think when it comes down to it, it's all a matter of opinion. Some people may like the angry beavers and how they handled breaking the fourth wall, some people may like how TTG did it. I kinda think if it's the first time you're finding out about how cartoons are made, Angry Beavers did something really cool, but now that I already know all that, it seems pandering and mildly annoying, acting like a knowitall, like those "um actually" people you see in the comments of youtube videos(may be projecting here, lol)
Others may feel that the way TTG did it "insulted" the audience, specifically the critical ones who can't get over the early 2000's Teen Titans show. I recall an episode of Billy and Mandy, when a character suddenly became ugly and remarked that now the only job she can apply for would be in a career of ANIMATION. This spoken, written, and illustrated by people WORKING on an ANIMATION. I can appreciate self-hating humour but I suppose some people would be more sensitive to it. You've got every right to be, but the way I see it, it's your loss.
Personally, I think one of the best examples of a show dealing with being cancelled because it wasn't living up to it's predecessor was the Ending of Batman: The Brave and The Bold. Spoilers ahead. Over the course of the episode, Batman learnt that he was actually a fictional character, and that his current incarnation would soon be gone, likely forever, and he handled it in the most mature, role-model like, superheroish way. He acknowledged the fact that his time was nearly up, and reassured the audience that his future incarnation would be there, fighting for justice, and that everything was gonna be alright. It was also nice to see the entire cast, good or evil, alive or dead, coming together for a wrap party in the batcave and bidding the audience farewell.
+Faizal Ali Well yeah, it's always down to your opinion. A review is an opinion. I do realize that many people default to the "other option" if I compare to TTG but this particular episode, in my opinion, was truly unnecessary. Thanks for the effort put into this comment. :D
Alpha Jay Show no prob man, it's good to share opinions here on youtube, thanks for keeping it respectable.
also, have you watched Batman TBaTB's ending? it's really good imo, haha
8:05: The term your looking for, in development that's actually detrimental, would be "Character Derailment".
This seriously makes me want to watch Angry Beavers more. And Xfinity only has like 3/4 episodes of it. :C
14:03 *ahem* I don't know which episode, but I DO remember one scene where Amethyst from SU was twerking (at least I think she was)
Goddamn I wish I still had Boomerang on Tv it was basically CN with 2000-2016 cartoons and surprisingly teen titans aired less
Was that Angry Beaver episode ever Air?
No, and all that exists of it is the audio track.
+MLGoose Games damnnn I bet it would of been funny to watch
they should A) have a random person on RUclips animate it (add music to the background too) or B) have the creators finish it and put it on RUclips, because why not?
No. They banned it's air because of it's insults to nick. Maybe the splat will air it on the 200th snick anniversary. :>
I sorta feel like they are trying to be a kid-friendly Danganronpa which can never happen unless it is in comic form...this is so despair inducing even for me...
We need a list of every TTG episode that was done better in another show.
The question is WHY WONT THE AIR NINJAGO
this was posted on my birthday
They pretty much dissed Chowder with that style -3-. Chowder is way better than TTG (and i think TTG can be funny but dang)
Chowder? You think? Never saw it that way but you could have a point.
im watching this on a waffle maker how dare you assume my platform
I liked watching Angry Beavers a good show for a childhood
So the entire episode got a bunch of controversy because of a character saying "Shut up", something kids say to each other all the time?"
The next time some one says that this show is bad because "it's a kids show, so it's supposed to suck," I WILL FIGHT YOU IN THE STREET!
I don't think anyone would really be upset by a cartoon joke that they're "creepy for watching," as a kid I got a big kick out of that type of thing.
Ugh, I hate this episode. I have Aspergers, and people with Aspergers often have repulsions towards things most people regard as perfectly normal. For me, it's butts. I hated the scene where Beast Boy twerks in front of the camera and the "Toot Xylophone".
1:34 did anyone else notice that thumbnail looks like mettaton neo?
I will never stop wishing for a day when someone animates Bye Bye Beavers. Also, they seriously considered "shut up" too vulgar? Considering we live in a world where at one point "Diddly squat" and "bupkis" were considered vulgar I shouldn't be too surprised.
look how you turned an alien princess into this
*BUT WE ARE NOT THE ACTING THIS IS HOW WE ARE!*
You can actually find some of the animatic for the episode on youtube
This wouldn’t give a copyright strike…it’ll give you a DOUBLE copyright strike.
I still think Chowder did thebest 4th wall break
I agree
That Angry Beavers episode was great and only I saw it a year ago, it still comes on though, on nick at night
+ReallyColdSoup It was animated?
Alpha Jay Show Yes! It was, I even remember watching it, I swear they aired it one more time on nick at night
Steven universe best cartoon after gravity falls ended
+Abdu Osman I can respect that.
15:38 To quote the nostalgia critic: ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the mind-f***.
I will always love Angry Beavers! :)
why hasnt anyone made a fan animation of the last episode of angry beavers yet?
who knows what could have been from this unreleased episode
Someone should finish the angry beavers episode
3:09
So it was written by the creators? Not surprised.
i think i'm more concerned that he said "damn" than "shut up"
even then i'm not that concerned
Teen titans go is one of the worst trends of the decade the only reason is exists to only appeal to kids thinking people shouldn't care about kid shows even though they make episodes where the show hates on the critics that they are not supposed to be focusing on and the overexposure of the show makes all the other shows on CN like we bear bears and Steven universe (way better shows) are not being shown to kids who need it
And also it made the trend that they make reboots of good shows and make that only appeal to kids and don't have Any real great things to remember
+owen veon Its an unfortunate trend.
