Because there was no wind or movement to shake the broom. When Ryan came in, wind and house shaking (footsteps) came with him, moving the broom enough to eventually fall down.

The “ghost town” is actually on a private ranch in NM. They open it sometimes to tourists, other than that is is closed off and for the ranch only, that’s how they keep the integrity of the place.

11:05 Right as Ryan says "this is all about overcoming fears" there's a flash of light on the left hand side of the screen. If you set the playback speed to it's lowest setting you can see it better.
I looked at what you said and I do see the flash however many people are going to just put that down to "It might've been the lighting or a reflection" or "It was a setup probably Haley" but the thing is no one can prove what exactly it was unless they were there 🤷♂

Those ropes aren't for exercising. They are there to break your neck. (In the best case, worst case is that you are gasping for air 10 minutes before you die)

Unfortunately this former town does have laws, they're called unincorporated territory laws. It's a lot less strict than laws inside city limits but sadly you're still under state/federal juristiction
