40 times are irrelevant for dlinemen bc when are dlinemen running 40 yards? Combine drills that you should care about for edge guys are their 3 cone & shuttle speed scores along with their vertical, bench, and arm length if you really wanna dive into it. Nick Bosa ran a 4.8 40 which isn't much faster than this guy, has that stopped him from being arguably the best defensive player in the game?

He seems to make up for speed by UNDERSTANDING FOOTBALL. I can see that by how he plays in games on the tape. He's around the ball A LOT.

@@getbetterdrunky7612 That's too heavy for a pass rushing defensive tackle. Unless he's trying to play Nose Tackle and stop the run. The average size for a DT is 285 to 300 pounds in today's NFL
He moves well for a big guy and seems to have very good FOOTBALL instincts. Thanks for the film and thoughts.
