@@samuelault4723 He's not as good at the catch point as Odell for sure and Odell has a bit bigger hands and longer arms. But I think Ricky compares well in the other aspects of football.

GMs and HCs draft players based on their own draft grading.. and they had Pearsall graded in the 1st round. It doesn't matter what the general consensus had him graded on. What matters is what the GM and HC thinks he is.

Exactly. And since you know this, just ignore the novices stating where they would have drafted someone. It doesn't matter. Let them have their day. More importantly, telling them the truth won't stop them from referring to their "mock draft." Everyone and their grandmother is a talent evaluator and GM these days. A bunch of mini Kipers, but worse. If being worse than Kiper is possible. Laugh it off or go crazy. Your choice.

Only thing I would say is Im not sure that Aiyuk is out the door. Id probably say Deebo is going to get moved. Ricky's skill set is more like Samuels than Aiyuk. Not sure that San Fran would want two of the same skill set. That and cone Jun 1st, if San Fran trades Samuel...they save 22 mil in cap space.
