Fun video! I want to learn the whole process of making bubbles tea. I want to open my own shop but not being a native to this drink gives me hard time learning the process. What would be the best thing to learn from?
this is for the big batch, you could just divide the proportion. cook time and simmer time is the same: it is made with 2500 grams of pearls, 10 liters of water which has to be boiling, after it starts boiling you put in the Boba pearls in, let it cook for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes is done you let it simmer in the pot for 30 minutes off the heat. after 30 minutes, you strain all of the water, put 5 liters of room temp water inside the pot and stir until the grayish brown water forms at the top, then strain it out, repeat the "washing" process 2 times total. after you strain the 2nd "dirty" water from the Boba pot. you're going to add 750 grams of brown sugar into a separate dish, then add 500 cc's of boiling water into the brown sugar, stir it until the sugar is all dissolved. add the washed pearls into the brown sugar mix and you're all set!!
@@Angels_garage So glad ours has chest sheets on the walls. I just started and they're a life saver when I wanna help with a drink in a rush and everyone is busy
Hey, if you still want to know, the manager at my location asked me what my desired hours/wages are, why I wanted to work there, have I had any work experience, do I know how to deal with people in certain situations, etc? My local sharetea is rly chill so it might be different for you lol
Heyo, 17 year old introvert with mild to severe social anxiety here. Would you recommend this job for a person like me? I have zero experience in customer service and just jobs in general, so im unsure if I should work here or not.
I have training tomorrow and am very nervous lol. Never made drinks for customers in my life.

can you make me a drink and ship it 820 miles to me
of course :-)
How do you remember the recipe of all of the drink? 😭
Some tea shops give you cheat sheets telling you how to make everything but if they don't they teach you and over time you learn :)
