I feel bad for Aki. She was devastated when Masamune left her when they were kid because the misunderstanding. Then he comes to get revenge on her due to the misunderstanding. Eventually she let him go because she knows he doesn’t love her. After all that was a misunderstanding. Aki got hurt as a kid then got hurt as an teenager too.😢

Well thats goodbye is one of the most cliche thing that romantic comedic has. Font get me wrong i love it but we all know that as romance they will end up together no matter what unless the story is Your lie in april like thing.

The last few episodes had my heart beating so fast that the kinetic energy emitted could have supported Tony Stark's suit for a while. And the tears flowing from my eyes could increase the level of total water on the planet by 2%. After the anime ended, this mark increased to 8%. I would like to admire more the further relationship between Masamune and Aki, as well as Aki’s new image. She was beautiful, but now she is so beautiful that you want to cry with envy for Masamune.
This show has so many plot twists it’s insane. I love it but also I wish they would actually explain the plot twists. “I think it’s okay for at least 1 person to pick up what you’re trying to throw away” what does that even mean??? He’s trying to throw away his self that was extremely motivated? And she thinks he shouldn’t throw that away for her and should keep it for Yoshino???
I am 31 years old. Was growing up with Pokemon, Naruto, DBZ, Inuyasha, Shaman King and others and now in 2023 I saw a trailer for this anime and watched both seasons in 2 days, and gotta say I love this anime :D anyone, who can recommend this kind of anime ? :)

IM DONE THIS IS WHY GIRLS ANIME ARE SCARY
WARNING SPOILERS. This episode felt out of place. I knew that when the season didn’t end after episode 4 when he reveals he is the real Masamune, the writer was going to go for the predictable fall in love then out then start a new plot. I know Yoshino needed closure for loving Masamune, but it didn’t seem right for Aki to tell Fujinomiya that she was in it for the long run for Masamune and then dump him this episode. I thought the bro would go full on suicidal. Season 1 was best, Season 2 tied up loose ends but it felt like more like an otome game versus real life relationships.
Can somebody explained why she broke up with him after all that? Neko told her the he didn't love her yet she said she won't let go. Now she's contradicting herself by dumping him
She told Neko that she won't let go him just yet. Seeing Masamune became strong after he saw one of his bullies, she broke up with him because her promise with Masamune to make him strong when they were child is now done.

He was finally free from her, both from wanting any revenge and out of obligation to continue dating her. He could’ve moved on and be happy with either Neko or Tae, or enjoy being single until college.
