Shisui's eye has a cooldown of 10 years only when using chakra from a crow. shishui died when he was about 16 years old at that young age there was no way shisui could become famous using only 1x his eye ability. he must be able to use it so many times that he can become famous. danzo can use shishuo's eyes about once a day

@@holyforce7065 i think you missed the main information that he just said. The 3 days cd for those with hashirama cells, and 10 years cd for other users. What he said was, if before 10 years time, someone with hashirama cells would steal the eyes, that's gonna be one hell of a problem. Btw naruto at that time doesn't have hashirama cell, so naruto needs 10 year cd. It would be useless to give to naruto with 10 years cd with the risk it's gonna be stolen by someone with hashirama cells. Got it?

even if he had the power of ems, there is nothing he could do since it was clearly a retcon. black zetsu is a mid strenght character and his attacks speed is so slow mandara woulndt normally be caught off guard by a weak attack like this. the only reason he lost is becuase kishimoto wanted to shoehorn kaguya into the story, so he nerfed mandra so that black zetsu could kill him.

My theory about Madara's sharingan ability is that he can amplify/modify every basic jutsu. For example, he can multiply a Fireball jutsu 10 times stronger/wider/longer, turn a clone jutsu into a Rimbo clone,...

Fugaku's mangekyou ability could be Tsukuyomi, like sasuke, he's amaterasu specialist. And Fugaku is Tsukuyomi specialist(he has a nickname, Fugaku the Evil eyes), while itachi have both.
If Fugaku's Mangekyou really Tsukuyomi, it mean that itachi's experience during the 3rd great ninja war was fugaku's Tsukuyomi.

Didn’t obitos other eye allow him to turn corporeal and pass through objects or let objects pass through him? Or was that the power of his kamui as well? I know when obito gives kakashi his other eye kakashi was able to phase through an attack and says that’s quite a handy trick obito. I always wondered about that.
that's right, the eye that was with Obito is for short distance Kamui (and he can use it to go through objects etc) and the eye that was with Kakashi is for long distance

Madara can differentiated between a shadow clone and a real body with his mangrkyo sharingan because in the whole series he was the only one who differentiated between naruto's shadow clone body. Ms ability gives power that you needed the most at the moment when you akaken it and madara awakened his ms when shadow clone jutsu was created

Sasuke's MS can't use Amaterasu, he can use that after he fought Itachi because he combined Itachi's MS and his own MS to evolve his MS to EMS.
Amaterasu is ability of Itachi's MS not from Sasuke's MS.
Kishimoto never show what kind of unique abilities for Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan.
The only Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan capabilities that shown in the manga and anime is his ability to manipulate any nature elements, that is the reason why he can form a Dragon using Thunder and turn Amaterasu of Itachi to spikes.

It is said nowhere in canon that Madara could manipulate time. He simply never used any MS ability besides Susano'o. But the theory that he simply didn't have additional MS abilities like all other Uchiha is a cooked up myth as well. He was probably just so OP that he didn't need to use the additional abilities. Or the creator of the show felt he was OP enough in his own right to just resort to Susano'o. I don't care how powerful Hashirama was but he was sure as dead if Madara really could rewind and freeze time at will. Anyways, I think all the Uchiha MS abilities are broken in their own right. Sasuke's ability to manipulate the Amaterasu black flames is the most slept on ability in the Uchiha arsenal. Kamui is the most OP in my opinion. If only Obito had both eyes then Minato would've died a quick death that day.
Yes and no. That is not entirely true. It was never shown in manga, anime, or databook, but it was shown in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution during a cutscene that he could stop time and rewind it to some extent. The amount of time that can be rewinded, though, is debatable, as to how it exactly works. I would say he could stop time and rewind closer to 2-4 seconds each, more likely based on the cutscene, and not 2-4 minutes. It is not canon, but one would imagine some level of info must have been disclosed to make that decision. Or one could at least potentially theorize as such.
