    ❤Came back to watch this again! That dough is just so happy and energetic! Can’t believe you managed to coil it up multiple times. It was just such a jiggly, energetic mass! My next bake, I’m going for some higher hydration! And in another video, your poking through the window pane and then showing the stronger window pane after the next stretch and fold is also super helpful! I wish we could eat more bread! Now we bring bread loaves with us when we visit anyone, just so I can get my hands in/on the dough more often. I turned 70 this month and my birthday request was supplies to enhance my sourdough journey! What a blast! I might comment frequently because your channel deserves a big boost! Blessings!

    Omg! That was me yesterday! And u r so right! Never give up. My resultant loaves didnt spot any ear, but the oven spring was still good! I think i took bulk proof almost over the edge! Thank you fir your videos! I love them. :)

    I have to share this. First of all, this was not Sarah's recipe. I started a bread yesterday. Today when I went to shape it it was two blobs. So wet and sticky. I was crying! Plopped them in parchment paper in loaf pans and the bread turned out amazing! My sourdough baker friend said it was the best she'd ever tasted. Baked them at 425° for about 45 minutes... I'm still in shock! It was delicious!

    Ok that dough looks exactly like the dough I was dealing with today. My dough was to hydrated, what a mess yikes. I do think the loaves will bake up ok it has happened to me once before. I kept putting water over the dough in-between S & F's and I think by the time I was done it was just too much water when combined with my high hydration dough. Live and learn. Love your videos, please do more! TIA
