it's my routine I listen to your videos daily I have lot's of questions in my mind .
from this videos, I created hurt to get a reason to stay away from that person. what I want to stay away from him/her , to do this I created hurt so that I may not talk to him again .but when I remove that hurt from our mind I will be ok and it's really easy to talk to that person again . real fear hi yhi h dobara usse bt na ho uski wja se hurt ko hold kia hua ab agr hurt ko remove kr den to usse bt krny k chances ziada hen jo k hm nhi chahty k phr bt ho ..how to deal with it ? k hurt bhi remove ho or wapis us person k pas bhi na jayen?
