Considering the situation back home, you can still consider the option coming to Vaasa. Later on you can may be apply in another program next year and move somewhere else in Finland. These are just my thoughts!
It's your choice and preferences brother, I can't say which one is better. If you are looking for scholarship then Finland offers many scholarship but then it depends on your field as well.

Walaikum Salam 1. There is no specific amount that should remain in your sponsor's account. You need to show the transfer trail from your sponsor's account to your account even though if your sponsor is not left with any amount, it doesn't matter! 2. You need to check from your university if they allow taking classes from any other city but I would assume that it can be possible. Managing your expenses: yes bring at least 5-6 months of expenses and then it depends on your luck when you get a job here. Usually it takes a few months. Managing your fee is not easy but the 4000 euro fee for your next year is manageable! I hope it helps your query.
