Not sure what others were talking about, how great her songs were. All I can hear is a cross mix of Chester's style in her vocals, but a female vocal doing LP doesn't sound good in my opinion. I kinda cringe at her screams and especially when she tries covering the originals.
Just heard this one through the Mike Shinoda playlist and all these lyrics hit hard to my frustrated artist heart. I felt it was necessary that I paused the song and come here to leave this comment.
@BackyardAquatics-o2m same here. Deadsara didn't hit for me though. She's got decent vocals but not a fan of her screams. If LP would've started a new band with her and not carry it over as LP, it may have worked better. I can't imagine attending a live show to hear her cover old LP hits. It hurts my ears.

@@royalbeggars3082 No one will replace Chester. He was handmade while most others are molds. Yet, listening to the latest show, I think Emily did ok in the screaming department. With a little practice and some coaching, I think she'll fill Chester's shoes to a better degree then most. We shall see.

Glad it worked but I won’t support the live concerts cuz Emily can’t cover the old songs properly. That’s a lot of load for Emily to carry. Shame on LP. Could’ve just rebranded and cover a few old LP songs live for the OG fans for kicks, that way Emily can mainly focus on the new bands materials.
