Lenovo - we couldn't find any drives - no HDD or SSD detected while installing windows 10 - ideapad

Ill show you how to fix problem where windows 10 installation can't detect or find hard drive or ssd. The problem occurs on most newer lenovo ideapad models.

Then u have to install IRST driver by extracting it in the bootable pen drive which is used to install os

@@PCtutorijali I thought so as well. Got a Lenovo 700 series here and no VMD option, and can't get W10 to see the drive. So unfortunately, not all Lenovo BIOS have the VMD option :(

Thank you, secure boot, removing f8 for safe mode is just causing a headache to computer repairs and does close to nothing to protect the user and windows. So much useless technology
