Hi David, thanks for the kind feedback and support 😊💗 I am using Word 2019. If you cannot find the Icon button, you can simply download the cover letter template from my website (link in video description) and copy the icons from there 🙂
In the US, the standard size is "Letter Size"
That's correct 😊 you can simply change it in the Layout tab
It's seems that i'm missing icons menu on word 2019. Any suggestions ?
Go into the options and check in the "Ribbon" area if the functions are activated :)

i cannot select multiple objects at once even when holding ctrl please help
Hi Muhd, make sure that all the objects you want to select have a layout setting which is not "in line with text". And when you select them, also click on the border of the object. Because if you want to select a text box for example and you click inside the box instead of the border, then the text will be selected 😊

Not sure what exactly you mean. You click into the box and edit the text
I cant find icons from word document
Make sure you are using the most recent version of Word on Windows or Mac
Correction: Align Centre not Middle. Align Middle pushes it to the bottom of the page.
