Of course this is useful for piano as well, not just guitar. I find the piano keyboard is the easiest way to understand music theory. When you know the basics you can quickly work out any chord in any key.
Tiny point, Andy. At 3:30, when you describe clockwise, you're actually spinning the wheel counter clockwise to move in 5ths and clockwise to move in 4ths.
Yes you can, but I love the fact this is physical. Having taught guitar for a long time finding different ways to present information is very helpful to suit different learning styles. I know that this product would really help some students, for others a free app would do the job. I don’t mind apps, but the free ones often miss some level of functionality or aren’t updated as operating systems change. Is there one you'd recommend? Always, good to hear of decent learning resources. Re:Sponsorship - no this won’t be how I make a living lol. I will be lucky if this covers the cost of a memory card!

I'm sure a lot of people feel the same about picking up the instrument. At least you've done it now, a lot of people never get started!
