I bet, if someone was to ask one of these new recruits about Dojima, Shimano, Kazama or other legendary patriarchs who used to be parts of the Tojo Clan, I bet they would have a hard time answering that question.

I like to think he uses that line when he's serious. But this time it's a little different. This time (and this whole game in general) he's just fucking pissed and does not need a witty line to tell little baby thugs to move.
Anyone notice that the Hirose family gradually get stronger and stronger? In the hotel raid, they can’t even stand their own against a 3 v 1 where they have a number advantage In the shipyard raid, they’re able to go against like 5 guys (one of them with a hammer) with just one of them and even actually make it back to Kiryu in one piece!
Will these Tojo clan guys ever learn that Kiryu wrecked almost everyone from the Dojima, Shimano, Nishikiyama and other families alongside various shady government and foreign mafias? I guess they love getting wrecked by Kiryu so much.

The only person who was ever really able to hang with Kiryu was Majima, and that crazy motherfucker would fight bullets every couple of months with a shitty Tanto blade while half blind. I think if he and his buddies knew what was about to happen, I doubt he would have. In fact they should have all run screaming for the hills the second they saw Kiryu coming. xD
I'm half convinced Kiryu's only issue isn't with killing people, more its with straight up executing people. At least that's what i figured when he was fucking shooting down helicopters in the 80's.
Like seriously, how many times has Kiryu fought the Tojo clan and won. And all those times he was either alone or had one/two people with him. Here he's got a full squad. Just step out his way, you aren't gonna win.
What if they had included all playable characters in the past for this mission? It would be Kiryu, Majima, Saejima, Akiyama, Tanimura, and Shinada! And that makes 6 characters! Can you imagine how much more awesome this sequence would be if that was the case!? Now that I think about it that’s kind of a missed opportunity.
Majima didn't show up at all instead of the beginning and end of the game so as much as I'd like Majima being here, it makes more sense for Yuta to be present. As for Saejima I can't see him breaking out of prison three times. Tanimura not being involved in 6 was a HUGE missed opprotunity if not only because Little Asia, his second home got burnt to the ground and rebuilt. Shinada is in the same boat for me since he played a part in ensuring Baba didn't kill Haruka in 5. All in all if 6's plot was changed in a way to involve all of them, I could easily get beind Kiryu, Akiyama, Saejima, Shinada, Tanimura, and Yuta being the six characters involved in this mission

After all the fights, hellicopter attacks, bombs detonating, shootouts, and all in all just pure carnage that has happened outside, in, and on the roof, how the Millennium Tower hasn't collapsed yet is impressive in itself
Might just be me but when it comes to Kiryus personality rather it be because of Harukas accident, him just aging, or a combination of both, he really did seem more bitter about everything. Like in substories from 0-5 he'd gladly drop everything to help somebody in need. At this point of the game, the entirety of the Tojo Clan as well as the Yomei Alliance are gunning for anyone related to Kiryu, Akiyama included. So he still can't exactly go back to having Sky Finance up. Haruka is in danger as well, which is why Kiryu told Date to take her out of the police hospital (I think) because even there isn't safe anymore. Iwami has a shit ton of connections, being in the high political position he's in. This is also why Kiryu and his friends in this video are heading to confront Sugai to put a stop to it.
I think that Kuze died and his spirit got stuck in the tower and that is why every time kiryu goes there he has to fight someone. They get possesed by Kuze and have to fight kiryu
