Thanks man! You’ll get used to it the longer you play bass. Quite soon really.. there comes a point where you can’t ignore the bass no more and listening to music is forever ruined.
HOW CAN I GET THAT DI TONE - using squier jazz bass the wood grain with block inlays and reason 12 - currently using amp plug in but it’s too much drive and not enough girth or weight
Mike Dirnt is extremely creative. One of the best bassist if all time
Very catchy stuff he does
Damn, i love your tone man! One of the best Green Day bass cover channels out there!

Thanks man! You’ll get used to it the longer you play bass. Quite soon really.. there comes a point where you can’t ignore the bass no more and listening to music is forever ruined.

Ciao, il tuo suono è fantastico, proprio quello che mi piace, ma cosa usi per fare un suono così? Grazie di cuore
Thanks! I use a Fender Bassman 100T here plugged straight in my audio interface
Yo nice cover!
Thanks man!
Looking at one of these or an American pro II. Given you've played this and an American PJ, what are.ypur thoughts on both?
The American one is a PJ bass which gives you a more nasal sound. I think it’s nice for Dookie songs
HOW CAN I GET THAT DI TONE - using squier jazz bass the wood grain with block inlays and reason 12 - currently using amp plug in but it’s too much drive and not enough girth or weight
Lose the overdrive and you get more punch. Bass sits better in the mix without too much overdrive.
Amazing man Happy new Year .
...letterbomb please
Thanks! Will do sometime
This is ironic considering I'm preforming this for people in a bout a month so I'll use this for some tips awesome playing!!
Thanks man! Ah great, good luck!
Awesome! What are your settings on your Bassman and your Comp? Greetings and a happy new year!
Hi Marco, thanks! I can't remember precisely but I usually run mids at 6-7 and bass at 6,5. Happy new year!
👍
Thanks!
