Hi Tony love your video on loy krathong festival so many on Phuket island just wondering can visitors join in and the prices of the krathong very good. Your camera work is so good in the dark. Thanks for your lovely video and showing beautiful Phuket and Thailand so colourful and happy people thank you Tony.
Hi Rosemary yes visit are very welcome to join in and you do see a lot of tourist and expats at this festival it's a great atmosphere. The prices for the krathongs can vary but most of the time they are very reasonable around a 2 pounds 👍
@@thailandtony thanks Tony for the information it's very hard to make mind up what time to come always a festival just a beautiful country and the I would just sit and watch and take in the atmosphere. The price of the krathong 2 pound brilliant myself I like the one with orange and yellow marigolds and the green around thanks Tony for the video on a grey day in the UK.
Hi Tony, Thank you for such an informative video, I learned a lot. On our next trip to Phuket we plan to stay in Thalang. Is there another area you would suggest? We are looking for a area that is quite but not too quite. In the past we have stayed in Patong and Kata. I have watched your video on that area. We will retire in Phuket and would like to have access to restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you in advance for your opinion. Ron
Hi Ron, Honestly there are lots of choices and options over here, of course living here and holidaying are different and i would say for living here it's best to be a little away from the tourist areas but keep in mind that Phuket is a tourist Island so easier said than done my best advice would be checking out as many places as you can, in particular, the northern part of the island as this is quieter but still with plenty of shops and restaurants etc but again it all depends on your personal likes and dislikes 👍
Nice Festival, Hope all from Plants then not make Dirty in Water/Sea/River, all fish/animal could eat plant Fate / Destiny can be "Good, Well, Banar" is not from "Yang-Maha-Koeasa/The-Al-Mighty" or "Makhloak / Makhloek / Person", all Mains of Self with payment-cash (direct / face-to-face / talk) abiut "False/ Crime / Evil" already we "Make / Join / Do".
