I don't think RUclips makes any money on shorts. I think they are actually losing money. I never see any ads on shorts, not on my computer nor on my phone. I don't even know why shorts exist honestly, unless its just to promote a channel so viewers sub and view the channel's long form content too.

shorts are really getting payed hundreds, and hundreds AND HUNDREDS of times less than videos, use shorts to get monitized and get recognised and startt posting full form videos

(Explanation: Since the Shorts audience has a short attention span, it is unlikely they will watch your long-form video.)

The cutoff is the last day of the month. So ex, if you get 102 dollars before Aug 31st they will send it to you on Sept 21st.
