the corruption is VERY obvious, its not HIDDEN by any means. lobbying is legal corruption, a certain small nation has too much influence on our 'leaders'. american government is riddled with corruption and thats the way ALL politicians like it since it makes them all very rich. their interests all line up.
i think it's a good think. So, everyone needs to know that fund does not automatically come in but need to be review and audited where and how you spend it as well. It's cost efficiency, it's been overspending all these years. it's about time!!!
