- Hi All, I took some time to "flip" a pre-made home in the Sims 2 without any modifications or cheat codes. Just a simple, quiet, calming narrated video of the process. Nothing too out of the ordinary.

I play sims 3 and the sims 2, so comforting both of them. I don’t like the sims 3 build mode as much but the gameplay I truly enjoy The house looks great 😊 your real house must be decorated so nicely then? Cause what you did with the house looks so nice, the perfect mix of simple and elegant.

Ahhh don't know if you found out but unfortunately with the placement of the bathtub, Sims wouldn't be able to get in, it's pretty dumb and illogical compared to irl but because of how the animation works with Sims getting into the bath, they enter from the front, so the showerhead end
If you tried making a Sim enter it with the toilet in the way, they would just do that whole _can't get there_ thing
Meanwhile if the toilet or if there's a sink that was positioned the other side of the bathtub instead, they'd then be able to use the bath/shower there
I normally test all the objects with some random Sim i generate as a test subject to make sure everything works fine and nothing is in the way if that helps with testing stuff
Tho if you did do that, always move your house into your lots so that it's saved there and paste it in the neighborhood because if you put a Sim there to test and move them out after, they take all the objects with them in the form of selling to add to their funds so always back it up in your lots
I have to give it a shot, I haven't played in this lot yet. I will let you know how I make out.

switching households in The Sims 2 is a snap compared to The Sims 3 I'm always switching households.
I've been playing my Sims 2 with the same 15+ year continuous game save
I still have my oldest house in my oldest video upload, Optimus Prime plays Jurassic Park, My Super Store, the super cool coffee shop hang out place, Soundwave Plays Master of Puppets. He now has the largest lot in the neighborhood with a super mega home business store first floor and a sweet penthouse loft upper floor. Its soooo huge my core 2 duo struggles in tab view
I want to capture a video and make an update video, but DAMN does it struggle😬

Sims 2 on UltraWIde never looked soooo good compared to the sh*tty hardware I had when it was new😄
Wow, it sounds like you have quite the set up for Sims 2 😃 You should totally try uploading a video of gameplay.
Since I am without access to my Windows laptop, I had to download the Sims 2 Super Collection on my Mac which does not include Apartment Life or Free Time (why? i have no idea) but the nostalgia is still there, luckily. 😊

@@Lergan If you want more stuff created by maxis for the sims 2 you can check out the conversions players made from sims 2 pet/life stories, just search them on google. It comes with LOADS of flooring/walls rugs furniture etc. It made my sims-mac gaming experience much more enjoyable 😵💫
