I hope the game begins in the same way Life Is Strange 2 did you know before The Storm Sort Of Thing like they should show Gollum past when he was handsome young Smeagol and see the Life he was living before he found The One Ring in the river that day when fishing with his cousin Deagle and show the Hobbit Village he was living in and show what this community of Stoors in the Gladden Fields look like and show Smeagol parents any siblings he may have had and show his Matriarch Grandmother to of course the game should begin with handsome young Smeagol either as a child or a teenager in his bedroom then show him wondering around his house and talking to any members of his family that he has in his house then wonder around his house Just like Sean Diez did in Life Is Strange 2 and have young Smeagol talk to himself to like Sean did to show he has two sides to himself or just indicate that he will in the future then they could have Smeagol wondering around his house find lost objects then after that you explore his villages outside. Then You go outside you explore Smeagol community if the game begins where he is a child it should be snowing and you go around helping the neighbors with with chores errands and play with friends to add as a side quest. Then after all the the story shift to several years later when Smeagol a teenager or older and when you have him wondering around the Hobbit Community in The Gladden Fields it's summer and after doing a few more side quest Smeagol gets into a some kind of conflict with his friends then he storms off and goes back into his hobbit hole or house since I heard Stoors mostly lived in roof houses as he sulks by the fire he hears a knock on the door and answered the door he see its his cousin Deagle who heard what happened and offers to help Smeagol take his mind off it by inviting him to go fishing to go fishing down by the Auduin River and you know what happens after that. Yes it's where they go fishing and find the ring and they get tempted by its evil and Smeagol kills Deagle and takes the ring and either the scene shifts from there or they could have Smeagol put the ring on and wondering around his community and causing trouble and gets caught and banished from his community either one the scene shifts it goes black and these words appear on the screen that say 500 years later. And after that you see Smeagol as Gollum for the first time he is in his cave on rock surrounded by water and is fawning over the Ring then Gollum falls asleep and lands on his boat then drops The Ring the boat sails down the river in the cave and when Gollum wakes up he notices The Ring is gone and then that is when play as Gollum again and you explore the caverns they could give us a obstacle course to try like row through the cave river or swing on vines on the ceiling and there could be eels or serpents in the river that try's to eat Gollum and you play As him to avoid getting eaten do you think that is a good idea or do you prefer something different? Anyway after the Obstacles who do you meet as Gollum but Bilbo Baggins himself which is when he is traveling with Gandalf and the dwarves during the journey in The Hobbit Story Gollum has the same conversation from the story like the game of riddles for example which could be one of the cut scenes in the game however unlike the book or the movie this time it takes place from Gollum's point of view instead and after Bilbo puts the ring on which he obviously found and goes invisible he obviously ditches Gollum and Gollum yells Thief Baggins We Hates It Forever then the screen goes black again and the words on the screen in white appear again saying 60 years later. You play as Gollum wondering around Mirkwood then Lake Town and explore the fishing community then head down South Enter Mordor meet Shelob and find out what happened between the two of them then you get captured by Sauron and torture by him and then Gollum Escapes and you explore Mordor then eventually get out and head back up North to Rovanian as Gollum you explore the country side and befriend many Peasants on their farms from men women and children who you ask for food or you just steel from farmers and befriend the children who help elaborate some food for several farms. Then you wonder around Mirkwood again and this time The Black Riders aka The Nazgul Show up looking for gollum before they ride off to the Shire to look for Frodo and like Frodo you have to avoid the black riders in Mirkwood just like Frodo did in the Shire then after you ditch them Aragorn capture you and turns you over to the Elf King Of Mirkwood aka Thranduil Legoles father and after Gollum lock up who comes to interview you but Gandalf himself and after that you escape from the wood elves Relm you go back Into the Misty Mountains. You enter the Mines Of Moria and eventually you see Frodo and Sam and Merry and Pippin and Aragorn Boromire and Legoles And Gimili and Gandalf and as Gollum you follow them. You Follow them out of Moria in The Forest of Lorian and spy on Frodo conversation with Galaderial and then you follow them down the Auduin River But lose them when the Urukai show up then you follow Frodo and Sam sent when your wondering around a forest Frodo and Sam get the drop on you and after Frodo ask you to lead him and Sam To Mordor that is where the game ends or after they escape Osgiliath and Gollum plans to sell them out to Shelob. So what do you think?
I love all of that. I never even thought about playing as Smeagol. That would make his transformation more and give players the ability to interact with other characters. I haven't played Life is Strange 2 but from what I have heard it is more story focused. Which is fine, but when it comes to gameplay that is where I am most concerned. Shadow of War had great gameplay but a nonsensical story set in middle earth. If this ends up being a great story but a slog to play then I will be disappointed. I really do love your story points that feels very Tolkien. I hope the writers find a way to make Gollum more approachable but still have him feel like the Gollum we have read and seen. Tormented, wanting, savage and has that tiny piece of him that is still human(or halfling). Appreciate your comment!!
@@tolkienaboutgames well they could do both have a story-focused game focusing on Gollum Humanity when he is regular handsome young Seagal and then after he found the ring and kills his cousins and is shun and banished by his community and after the scene shifts with him in the dave as creepy old Gollum then that is when the game turns into the kind of game Shadow of Mordor and War was like. and you got to admitt seeing all those place from the Gladden Fields to the cave where Gollum and Bilbo met to Mirkwood and Laketown to Mordor itself and The Mines of Morira and The Forest of Lorian and The Great River Auduin would be a cool thing to see right? and I hope they show Gollum finding the Fellowship In Morira and follow them from Miora to Lorian and through the river auduin. and I hope we see as many familiar faces as they can give us.
Great vid, bro, keep it up!
