Gt7: Finest of League Racing in the Rain!

Now this was quite the spectacle! GTFR.fi hosted a special two-day event 'King of the Ring' on 26-27th Aug 2023. On Saturday a 3 lap Sprint race was to decide the grid order for Sunday's 2 hour Endurance. In changing weather conditions sudden heavy rain came pouring down right before the start of the Sprint, forcing drivers to opt for Inters. The track was going to dry out quickly though, so drivers still had to face a choice of either staying out on quickly fading Inters or pit for a set of Slicks. This video is telling the story mostly from my own point of view, having to start from the back of the pack. The race then quickly evolved into a prime display of sportsmanship in online league racing, something that I can be very proud to be part of, and that I wish more of to everyone in the Gran Turismo community!
