    - 1 tsp fruit salt (Eno)
    - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    - 1 tsp safed til
    - 1/2 cup suji
    - 1 tsp mustard seeds
    - A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
    - Salt to taste
    - 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
    - 1 tbsp oil
    - Curry leaves
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnishing)
    - Grated coconut (optional, for garnishing)
    - Water, as required
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Batter:
    - In a mixing bowl, combine the besan,suji, grated lauki, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric powder, salt, and curd.
    - Mix everything well, adding water if needed, to make a thick, smooth batter.
    - Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
    2. Steam the Dhokla:
    - Prepare a steamer or an idli pot with water and bring it to a boil.
    - Just before steaming, add the fruit salt (Eno) to the batter and mix gently. The batter will become frothy.
    - Grease a thali or a shallow plate with oil and pour the batter into it.
    - Steam the batter for about 30 - 45 minutes on medium heat, or until a toothpick inserted into the dhokla comes out clean.
    3. Prepare the Tempering:
    - In a small pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and safed til. Once they start to splutter, add asafoetida and curry leaves.
    - Pour this tempering over the steamed dhokla.
    4. Serve:
    - Cut the dhokla into squares or diamond shapes.
    - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
    - Serve warm with green chutney or sweet tamarind chutney.
