'thank you for your question - we love shortcuts! “Duplicate project” (Ctrl+D) is what you are looking for.
You may also be interested in the following shortcuts:
"Save Project" (Ctrl+S),
"New Project" (Ctrl+N),
"Load Project" (Ctrl+L),
