In this video I discuss how to get out of a timeshare contract that you owe money on and aren’t paying monthly mortgage payments. The wrong approach is to try to sell. Nobody will pay you for a timeshare that has a mortgage.
Less than 1 percentage of timeshares resell and the ones that do the owners do not owe money. It is impossible to sell your timeshare if you owe money. If you do not owe the best solution in almost all cases is to do a simple transfer. If you are stuck in a timeshare contract that you owe on then the best solution is what I discuss in the video.
