Great video! Does each variation require a different url? Also, does this have analytics integration that would allow you to track all your conversion events? Thanks!
No, changes are applied on top of the page, so its just a single URL. You can do split Url testing if you want and split traffic allocation across URLs as well
One thing I don't like is that your mouse cursor isn't visible all the time, and to me the part where you are setting up an experiment is not well explained. Is the explanation is to do the experiment on the whole website? If it is will that give me data from all of the categories and sub-categories and pages?
Hey Jon, What if I want to do an experiment on a logged in page? Since for the logged in state I can't interact on the preview to login - how do I overcome this issue?
@@jondjones Actually found that there's an `interactive mode` on the top right that enables me to interact with the page. However I need to popup out the page (click icon on left top) for the logged in state to happen.
when i try to apply custom javascript, it doesn't seem to be making the changes (or maybe it's not selecting?). Also, console.log doesn't seem to work in optimizely. CSS works fine.
Love this! Soon to be using Optimizely - can't wait!
Hey Jon, curious to know the difference between Web vs. Edge project and what you've worked with the most?

might be your trigger type, or, maybe your testing in the wrong variation?
How would you set up a server side A/B test?
There a video coming out on this, for Optimizely it would be Fullstack
