hello in my case I did a factory reset with twrp and installed arrow os; Then I rebooted and the screen went black. when trying to enter edl mode, it did not enter since it appeared as "unknown device" and was in universal bus controller; and it did not appear to me as a "com and lpt" driver. I disconnected the battery and reconnected, but it got worse since now it no longer detects it, and it does not appear in devices.
I Think check cc jeck then clean & try again connecte with vol +- install mtk driver's
@@HARSHGSM Hello, I have already installed the drivers: mtk and phyton, lib usb 32. But as I said before, it does not even appear as an unknown device; when connecting it to the pc; this happened after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. The computer doesn't even make a sound when the cell phone is connected. Try to bridge the 2 test points of the motherboard, but the computer still does not detect it.
