hello in my case I did a factory reset with twrp and installed arrow os; Then I rebooted and the screen went black. when trying to enter edl mode, it did not enter since it appeared as "unknown device" and was in universal bus controller; and it did not appear to me as a "com and lpt" driver. I disconnected the battery and reconnected, but it got worse since now it no longer detects it, and it does not appear in devices.
