What’s the best way to train your youth academy players with out messing up potential? Maybe try a video like that would help. Keep up the great work 👍

Hi mate, have you made a video on normal scouting to find regens? I don't mean specific players like your Ronaldo video. I mean scouting countries and finding random players to make the game feel more realistic. I don't know all the players due to retire. Also, the scout instruction under each scout tile.. Are they only for that scout or for all of them? Confused me for a while that one.
Do you know who the bald guy is, that you can pick as your manager avatar? I mean if you choose the grey/black silhouette like you could with Joachim Low and the russian manager before. Is it a real life manager or?
Vagnoman 17yrld from Hamburger SV in Germany is a wing back who plays LB ,RB and CB at 6'2 he's a beast exciting prospect and according to SoFifa overall potential of 87 .
In game you can easily see his pace as he burns players aswell he grows very quickly in speed he's also incredibly cheap valued at only 600k i picked him up for Arsenal for 900k (Arsenal aren't poor lol) but you probably could get him for 600k to 750k starts at 62 overall he's 65 in my first season growing fast with training :)
Because Bellerin hit around 85/86 mark Vagnoman will overtake him i use Vagnoman as a RB behind Bellerin as a second choice .

Does the loan potential glitch work on players that don't have a status like 'showing great potential'???

Yeah. I got a “At Club Since” increased to “Showing Great Potential” them increased again to “Exciting Prospect”
Do their potentials go up every time you do the loan glitch because retakes me multiple times to do so
Sadly that’s the nature of the beast with the Loan Glitch.
Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t. 🤔
Any help.... When I purchase a player with "showing great potential" sometimes it changes to " excitement prospect" or the other way around any idea how to trigger this ? I don't do the loan glitch
The Loan Glitch can also work when signing a Player, the status can sometimes increase or decrease.

The best way to do this buy potential glitch is to scout the player before hand.
Look at the players money value remember the value.
Buy him on transfer.
Delegate contract negotiations.
When he has accepted terms save the game. And then accept the deal and than have a look at the money balue if it has gon up than hes been glitched up and if hes gone down then restart the save and repeat until glitch has worked
When u loan out the players do u recall then straight away?
I usually leave it a few days.
I dont end up with much cm any help?

if you save the game and load it back up then you will have 60-80% more likly for players to get injured, when i do this most players in my team gets injured for nothing,

it alway happens to me im currently doing birmingham career mode and save the career load it back up in january to get better youth players and straight away my top 3 players got 4 month injure in the same week without any match played. and i only had one injure whole season then i did this and straight away player got injured without playing
Change the sliders of injury frequency and injury severity
uk whufc i know im not new to fifa but that wount work when you skip match only when you play the match
In my cm with Palace we have a to good cm cover. We have Paqueta who plays with Diariwa in the middle. Come on Berge as backup really? We don't have to much backup but ive trained Militao to play a cdm and have Angel Gomes

You can recall at any time. The nature of the Glitch means that sometimes the potential Status will increase, other times it can decrease or stay the same.

I already have a player who's English Shaw is a 6'0 CDM/CM who's potential to be special starts 63 rated , i've used him already in the Caraboa cup and Europa league he's 17 and he's so good on the ball .
Torreria i made from the edit mode because i hated EA not giving him a face so he'll become special aswell currently 86 overall , i signed Tonali a exciting prospect aswell as buying Ruben Neves as cover for Torreria plus i brought in Frenkie de Jong and Dahoud so plenty of cover for midfield .
The whole fascination with career mode for me is rebuilding Arsenal and getting back into the champions league .

For me when I put em in the academy after like 9 months they get on steroids and go up by 20 overalls.
Mine two i don't train them i lrave them until May then they upgrade themselves

To me a box to box midfielder is more of Yaya Toure type, fast, tall and strong, Surely this would be “physically strong” rather than “play-maker”
Joe G physically strong only really gives you defenders and strikers though

I only Trained the Belgian for the first season. After that all seasons were fully simmed, so no Training. So only one Player had limited Training.

Make sure you've purchased the edit player in career from the ea catalogue then it'll be bottom right option on second tab (squad tab). Have to be online for it to be active though I think.
